Pros

The dashboard panel and the ability to tell what the hit ratio is on the e-cache is great.
A very cool GUI with clear dashboards. Excellent support team that responds right away for any questions you have.
The tool is very fast and user friendly. We love the advice section.

Cons

I dislike that it runs in a localized web server - but that's just a minor dislike. As long as it remains functional, I don't care what they use for the UI.
It's a great software, i can't say very much problems, the constant publicity of their seminars web (webinars) is a shame, only that.
Trying to figure out what it means to "configure a monitor" - I don't mind seeing the code it is going to execute - but I have a hard time figuring out any details about intended or typical usage.
