I have experience with other ESB tools, when I am working with Mule ESB it is pretty good, we can work with different connectors, custom codes and testing.
Integration with any other system with custom connectors/existing connectors
while debugging the data is not visualize how the data is flowing

Quick integration of enterprise systems, legacy applications and thick client applications. Easy maintenance of APIs.
Quick development APIs using the API Manager and Anypoint studio, also quick configuration tools are provided by Mulesoft.
API Manager should be able to provide automatic customization of alerts. Undeployment of APIs and Mule ESB services are taking more time in MMC.

Overall, I am happy with Mule ESB which does the job of required integration either in SOAP or REST
DataWeave component makes complex transformation into simpler which reduces lot of effots on comples business logic and business orchestration. RAML provides good contract definition which can be used for developing the REST web services . It is very light weight compare to other leading ESB provider(Oracle ESB,Talend ESB..) It gives lot of adapter/Connector which we can make use for integration (Eg, Salesforce) We can also use Java expression which is known to many developers for few things.
We have to use explicit audit/logging, unlike oracle SOA which gives out of box auditing. Most of the cloud adapters/Connectors are licensed.

It is one of the best available enterprise ESB in the market. From API side, I still prefer Apigee over Mule API. But for ESB, definitely, it will be the first choice.

It is very nice ESB to use. Very easy to use. My favorite part in the Mule ESB is the documentation. The documentation is very clear with examples. You need to not spend time to search for good tutorials and blogs to learn Mule, all you need to do us sit back relax and go through the documentation. And the connectors are awesome. What ever you want to connect to, there is a connector in Mule.

Few Advantages that Mule has over other products are :- Mule has a large collection of different connectors to connect and integrate diverse systems. It is said like it can almost connect anything. Mule is very lightweight and easy to use compared to other esb. Since it is mostly Java based, so, it becomes very easy to use and build custom components. Most important is that, Mule is a pure esb, where other products comes with other functionality and platforms and esb is one of the part of the product. (eg WSO2) Mule is graphically based unlike most of other esb, where the flows are mostly configured in XML (Apache Camel or Spring integration) Mule is less expensive compared to most of other products. Even community versions are available, which will not cost you anything. Mule earlier had a problem of its small size of its community. But nowadays, Mule community is expanding like others. Mule, as I mentioned is easy to use. for example, if you want to expose a web service and need to do various transformations with payload, you just need to concentrate on your java implementation classes or you Mule flow. Mule will take care of exposing the service to an endpoint and you don't need to write any code for that. It also has wide range of transformer that will take care of transformation of your payload and also other functionality like orchestration, routing etc and will be easy for you to implement There are more or less other advantages, you can explore more to get it . More or less choosing an esb depends on your requirement and budget.
Data Mapping is the feature i like most in this software, there are many feature which are as follow are the best for my project. Debugging suppor,APIkit RAML Support
RAML Support, we can import RAML files for your APIs that are managed in the Anypoint Platform by the API Manager and keep them in sync with the platform. While working with a RAML file, you can also view an embedded interactive API Console that's automatically built from the resources and methods described in your RAML.Handle complex data mappings and transformations through the Transform Message component, that leverages the powerful DataWeave language. This component allows you to create your transformations both through a simple drag and drop visual interface or by coding in DataWeave to unleash all of the language's potential.

Simple to use, ease of creating mule flows, like the GUI and the palette. Nice graphical way to represent Mule flows.
More help features and examples. Could include more hint or help features for people to use. Also need more online tutorials about the software.

It was a good experience using mule as our integration platform. We were having diverse requirements which entails use of both the ESB as well as the implementation of the APIs. In mule we are having out-of-box connectors for almost every integration pattern which has effectively helped us developing the solutions in optimal timeline.

Mule is the most lightweight integration platform available,Mule streaming allows developers to process large messages efficiently.Mule has very good functionality like Orchestration: Composing several existing fine-grained components into a single higher order composite service. This can be done to achieve appropriate "granularity" of services and promote reuse and manageability of the underlying components.Transformation: Data transformation between canonical data formats and specific data formats required by each ESB connector. An example of this would be transforming between CSV, Cobol copybook or EDI formats to either SOAP/XML or JSON. Canoncial data formats can greatly simplify the transformation requirements associated with a large ESB implementation where there are many consumers and providers, each with their own data formats and definitions and many more.Transportation: Transport protocol negotiation between multiple formats (such as HTTP, JMS, JDBC). Note: Mule treats databases like another "service" by making JDBC just another transport (or endpoint) where data can be accessed. It encompasses not only infrastructure but application design as well. Mule ESB Enterprise serves as a great foundation upon which to build such an architecture.

Easy Deployment of distributed architecture.
A long list of connectors. Designing distributed applications architecture is a cake walk with MULE platform. Amazing thought and effort put behind by the MULE team. hats off to them.
This probably could not be a con as I'm still learning and going through the materials. But one this is that there should be a leniency shown for developer accounts like 180 days of free account instead just 30 days trial.

It has almost all I need to integrate systems, if there's missing I can just customize one and problem solved.
easy to develop and implement.
I've experience that the latest anypoint studio's munit plugin does not work with older versions of mule runtime. i.e. munit fails to run when used against an installed mule runtime 3.5 on anypoint studio that ships mule runtime 3.8 as default.

I have now completed the MCD - Integration and API associate online course, which was a good starting point to learn how to use some of the key Mule ESB features. One of the benefits of using Mule ESB is that it is a very lightweight and extensible solution that apart from being a free open source version, it also provide a commercial enterprise version which offers additional functionality and support for the product. Within all the benefits that MuleESB can bring to your integration project, I would like to emphasise 5 key features that have cached my eyes. 1 - Very simple ("one click") installation and intuitive, Eclipse-based tooling; 2 - Simple, drag-and-drop graphical design, which makes your life much easier; 3 - Visual data mapping and transformation. No need to go coding for this, as you can do it visually on Mule ESB UI; 4 - Service flow analyser for rapid debugging; 5 - Around 1500 public and ready to use connectors, which again makes your life easier if you need to integrate with any of these extensive list of free ready to use connectors. Other than this, I would also like to mention the MuleSoft Champions concept, where you can learn more MuleSoft skills (without realising it) and add a spicy competition with your colleagues on trying to get Mule coins and step up in the Mule rankings. :)
