Pros
After getting the system up and running it has been a great tool for being proactive when monitoring our environment. The automated reports work great.
Easy to use, Easy to install, Easy to configure, Love the automatic reports and the ability to search the reports with lots of filtering options.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Pros
Ease of use for the software and great customer service is what makes me like it so much.
The ease of installation and use is fantastic. All the features work as you would expect on all major platforms.

Cons
Once we got the auditing to start, it picked up all of the items it missed while it wasn't auditing, so we lost nothing.
I think that the UI change from the prior major version to the new was the most jarring. I suspect it wouldn't have been as difficult to understand had I started with the newest UI.
I haven't found a con as yet. The reporting can be a little confusing to start.
Cons
Before DriveStrike, whenever an employee called in saying they misplaced or lost their laptops, we would begin a scramble. Now I just log into the admin panel and lock the computer.
At first I was a little hesitant to install software that grants a remote wipe function on my phone, but I think that's a common feeling for anyone who worries about privacy.
I either unlock later once they locate it or I wipe it after a week. It's a major reduction in stress for my team.
