Pros

It's great for MSPs, comes with all the necessary features and integrations. The cost is very affordable and they offer 3rd party licenses for a great price e.g. TeamViewer.
The ease of use and rate of development is amazing. The interface is powerful but so simple, we don't really need to train new staff what to do as it's so intuitive.
Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.

Pros

Fund hands-on support during the trial is very helpful. Ability to do Manual Paging (which is awesome).
I am satisfied with AlertOps, my organization is looking to scale this model and use it in other areas now to help us save money.
Support for any device and some reporting is nice to see. Price was a benefit too.

Cons

Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.
It is missing some of the more advance funtions that some other RMMs have.
Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.

Cons

Pricing structure is confusing and my emails requesting clarification have gone unanswered.
Limited options for individual responses to the extensions.
We work for the Emergency Department 24/7, and it's imperative that we don't miss any calls. It's important also that the calls are transferred to the right person.
