Pros

It's an amazing software. It's simple, easy to set up, and for its price, they have a great customer service support which is one of the most important things when buying new software.
Great, easy to setup and use database, at an excellent price. Customer support is outstanding.
When I was looking for an asset tracking database, none of the pre-baked solutions tracked all of the data the way I wanted it. So I decided to roll my own solution with Ninox, and am glad I did.

Pros

They provide us with great suggestions and have a wealth of knowledge which is really helpful when first starting out with a CRM system.
Great service and never ending patience to help us integrate and understand the initial roll out. We recommend without reservation.
The system has plenty of great features built in whilst still remaining easy to use which I think is a great plus.

Cons

It annoys me the most that I can not program. That I do not speak any programming language and thus can not exploit the full potential of NInox.
So far the only cons I experience is missing the functionality to import images in a "batch" set up to match with records in the database where a field is reserved for an image.
Working with Ninox we have moved from using Dickensian ledgers to a state-of-the-art system with almost no pain. This is remarkable, we still can't believe it.

Cons

We have not had any major issues or found any problem that was not dealt with quickly and easily.
Client specification missing (Although to be added).
This has been adapted many times since we started as we have grown and developed. There would be no hesitation regarding recommending the product regardless of the business activity.
