Each feature is laser focused on the pillars of the Well Architected Framework. It allows us to quickly discover rules violations, package a deliverable, and interfaces directly with the Well Architected Framework Review tool with an AWS account.
There's not much not to like. It achieves its goals very well and any cons would probably push nOps into a different target market and price point.

The best aspect of nOps that led us to adopt it for our AWS account was that it only charged for reduced costs, meaning there were no sunk costs involved.
I wish it were easier to quickly discern the current state of the cluster, and I would like to be able to view more detailed logs.
