I have used Acronis True Image for many years but they have lost it recently adding unwanted features at the expense of reliability.

The amount of storage, quick server speeds when backing up large files.

It's a bit clunky on how it creates backup jobs and what you can edit for them.

It's looks perfect to user for backup purposes, and overall tutorials are very helpful and simple.

I would love to see their main website info pages pared down and clarified - I had a heck of a time figuring out what exactly they offered and how it worked.
