This is the second organization where I've used Patch My PC with our ConfigMgr environment. It's a tremendous time saver; the work that would be required in maintaining updates and application versions without them is probably nearly a full-time job.
The publishing service tied to our ConfigMgr/MECM environment has saved a *lot* of work on both update management and new application deployment. Being able to simply select an application in the configuration instead of having to roll our own packages saves a lot of time.
I do wish that it was possible to configure/manage the publishing service remotely; currently it's necessary to run the console UI from the server where it's installed.

I've used Patch My PC at multiple organizations throughout my career. Each time, we've seen an immediate ROI due to the time savings, security risk mitigation, and overall level of effort reduction surrounding application packaging, publishing, and maintenance. This tool makes it simple for anyone to be able to quickly and efficiently deliver applications to your user population. The PMPC support team are helpful, responsive, and always willing to demonstrate solutions to any questions we have. On top of all that, the setup is incredibly simple and takes minimal time to begin publishing apps to your environment. My team uses the tool every day and, well... it just works!

Excellent, it just works. I basically do no maintenance on the applications besides adding additional apps. A large part of our app selection process includes "does PatchMyPC support it?"
PatchMyPC has saved my administrators countless hours of searching and downloading the latest updates for 3rd party applications. Now it's all handled automatically behind the scenes. When vulnerabilities come out, we're usually already ahead of the game by the same time find out.
Sometimes I want to stick with a particular version and PatchMyPC tends to freak out, especially with local repo downloads.

Only adopted in the past several months but very impressed with the product and its features. 3rd party patching has been a big challenge within the company for many years and poorly managed. I am hoping to get it to a much better place with patchmypc.
Ease of use and automation, used alteris previously which was much more complex.
requires dedicated machine to host but i believe this will be no longer required soon.

The seamless integration into Micrisoft Endpoint Configuration Management System.
Have yet to find a feature or function that I dislike.

Patch My PC was an easy win for us, and is well worth the cost compared to the time savings and peace of mind.
It is, for the most part, a hands off way to patch 90% of our third party apps. Unlike Intune, it offers a UI for staff that I otherwise would have had to spend time creating with PSADT.
I have an idea posted that I have not received any feedback for. We were hoping PatchMyPC would be able to cover AutoCAD updates for us, though it doesn't seem the tool offers the software we require yet.

Very good and reliable tool. I check on it every couple of months and make any changes i need to make. I do keep an eye on its patches - but overall its given me back a lot of time to do less robotic tasks.
High level of customization with simple integration into existing environment. The PMPC team is constantly adding apps and seems very responsive to requests on the customer support portal.It gives me back a lot of time i used to spend uploading new versions of apps. Of course my per device vulnerability rating has gone down in my EDR solution - so that makes management and security happy!
My only request would be the ability to add my own apps - Maybe it watches a folder for an application where it ingests the latest version and applies my deployment configuration. If PMPC did this it would be perfect. I'd be able to get all of my apps into one location, and even provide the ability to have in-house app developers the ability to keep their apps up to date across the org. We have more than a dozen in-house apps used by Customer service and support teams that i'd love to build into my patch management cycle.

1. Easy to deploy updates from a centralized location using the Windows Update Service already in our organization.2. The number of applications it supports is unmatched in the market3. Best price for this type of patching in the market
Reporting on it is limited, this is an area where we'd like to see growth to give compliance reports. X number of machines need this patch, X number have it installed already, X number pending kind of display would be great!

We had the issue that we couldn't keep up with the security patching of a lot of 3rd party applications. With PMP automatic deployment rules we now never are late with security updates or new versions. So our devices are more secure!
It saved a lot of time regarding application patching an deployment, easy to setup with the help of patch my pc engineers. Not only for MEM but also for intune! Great fast response when submitting a question to the support of PMP.
I think it would be nice to be able to select a distribution group per application instead of all applications only. It sometimes takes a long time before you hear a status update of a suggested idea or application request. If you only use intune you still nee a server for the publisher application. Would be great to also support macos applications with PMP nd intune.

Excellent solution to automatically ensure end-user-compute devices are always to the very latest secure versions of application.Fully automated solution thereby eradicating resource cost.Ease of deployment of additional software solutions not previously available to the end-users.
1) Zero-touch maintenance of application packaging, removing menial tasks from the Security team and removing time spent to comply with annual audits.2) Integration with Intune. 3) Reducing resource cost by automation
Patch My PC should use feedback and forum suggestions to package additional generally available software packages. There seems to be a long delay between an item being added to the ideas forum and any progress towards packaging.

The support we got after setting up Patch My PC has just been great.
Once Patch My PC is set up it just works. We initially got it because of 3rd party patch management and have since been impressed with the application management. The ability to easily add an application in the Software Center and knowing that it will be automatically updates along the way is just perfect.
There are a lot of settings in Patch My PC and it took us a while to get them just right.

Patch My PC offers wide variety of 3rd party integrations which is very difficult to create, manage and configure using Intune. Addition of custom apps feature in Patch My PC would further help switch our app management completely to Intune from SCCM.
Reporting and Alerting are some of the features that are not great on Patch My PC. Hope they will work towards improving these features

Automating application packaging and having these sync to both Intune & SCCM is amazing!
The 3rd party catalog doesn't cover all of the applications we currently have, but it does have a large catalog that covers most.

Our setup has been running rock solid for years at this point with minimal intervention. Any time we have had an issue, support has been very responsive. It makes this product a must have in my opinion.
It all comes down to time savings and ease of use. PMPC patches hundreds of products that are used throughout most companies and takes the burden of keeping them up to date away from us. The benefit of no longer having to worry about critical security updates for this many products on a monthly basis cannot be stated enough.
For our use case, there really has been no complaints.

This has been one of the most positive experiences I've had with a software vendor. They are incredibly easy to work with and consistently go above and beyond to provide assistance.
One of the simplest patch management software solutions to set up and operate. It seamlessly integrates with Entra/Intune and has simplified my life with its automatic intune application updates. This is truly one of the easiest tools to use.

Everything with Patch My PC is a breeze from setup to managing ongoing. We had an engineer walk us through the initial config and provide recommendations specific to our environment along the way. Once setup, it's basically set and forget and patches everything.
Patch My PC automates the tedious task of patching 3rd party applications across all client devices. It saves hundreds of hours of manual work and plugs directly into Intune.

From purchasing, installing and using Patch My PC my experience has been great. Customer support are so helpful and responsive, sales team are great too. Patch My PC provide training on the product too which is a great help. Patch My PC has been such a benefit to the business, it has automated the update of software in our company which helps with the many vulnerabilities, which is a tiresome task for any IT team. Deploying software with Patch My PC is done with so much ease, saves time.
Setting up Patch My PC was done easily and works great with Intune, Keeping up with updates and vulnerabilities is a tiresome task, creating packages for updates or vulnerabilities daily; Patch My PC has saved me time to work on other projects. Im confident in the fact that Patch My PC is keeping my users software and browsers up to date and secure.
I have Patch My PC about 6/7 months now and to be honest I cannot fault the product. When an update is released the package has been created. Customer support are responsive too if you have any questions.

This is the second company I have brought Patch My PC to and it has been great and has saved countless hours of work.
The product is easy to use and allows you to setup and walk away.
Reporting is not something the product has much of. If we could have a report of those devices that did not get patched so we could focus on those that would be great.

First class. This is the second company that I've setup with PMPC and the product just keeps getting better.
I've tested a few 3rd party patching products now and PMPC is far superior, easier to setup and manage and much more cost effective for any organization.
Intune reporting is lacking compared to ConfigMgr reporting but we're expecting that to be improved.

user friendly, fast, time saver, and gives lots control to app deployments. Still need many feature that can very helpful, like deploy multiple version of same app, as requirement are different for end users.
Patch My PC has an extensive catalog, superb integration with Intune, and a fantastic support team! You just check a few boxes of the apps you want to patch and within 2-3 minutes apps are in Intune. It is highly customizable yet still effortless to use. I am able to create automation for my app deployments.
The documentation can have more examples on how to use certain functions. Lack certain basic features like icons or sync flexibility like "sync every two weeks". If you switch tabs you have scroll again to go back to which app you were on. if you accidentally uncheck an app and recheck it, it resets all the settings for that app. Assignment done on Intune does now show up in PMYPC, yet it has the rights and does to scan of Intune. i'd like to see these features but nothing major dislike. Oh yeah, we need MAC!!! support, that will be a major Win.
