Pros

The ease with which I'm able to then live-feed our product data to internal and external systems is also remarkable. Over all, I like best that Plytix simplified my life.
It is organized and very user friendly. Customer service is top notch, always friendly and willing to help out.
Plytix was a great solution to help us manage our products and ultimately provide the knowledge and information that our customers have requested from us.

Pros

It helps to organize, classify, standardize, and publish and share your products. In addition, it is easy to use, intuitive and visually attractive and friendly.
And, in our case, the most important factor was that for the final user it was very smooth to transition from the previous solution to Sales Layer, we are all very happy about the decision we made.
Also great support team, and data quality control features. Plus we are learning more and more each day and also the new instant catalog is a great tool for us.

Cons

Because we have item setups of over 100 some times, it is a pain making lists by searching for one SKU at a time.
By duplicating, recreating attribute with new type, and then deleting old attribute. There is no "undo last import.
For example on a competitor's platform you can upload their data sheet and map the data quicker. You have a drag and drop system to match the data attributes.

Cons

It was hard to figure out our problems by ourselves with their support tutorials, which can be a bit limited.
We requested a refund, even a partial refund, and although we never actually used the software, the company refused to refund even one penny.
It’s very difficult to standardize product data from very different companies. Sales Layer is very flexible and we have found that it can adapt to any situation.
