We are able to react before it gets critical on many errors. We sleep better at night. It's afordable. Missing features: Maintence mode with timer (set a pc to be in maintence for x hours) Fullscreen on remote desktop CTRL+ALT+INSERT = CTRL+ALT+DELETE on remote machine View a window pr. screen on remote client

biggest pro is the ease of use, the good web-app and the great mobile-app. biggest con is that the product might lose it's focus when more and more features are added that don't apply to the core funcionality like rdp-connect. if this happens it turns into a "thousand features but buggy or difficult to use" software
