Reliable and reported problems before other remote monitoring tools did iOS app works well and has proved invaluable Once setup then just let it run
Currently used to monitor just servers and would like to implement on more devices but the cost for small organisations is a bit too much.

Well written and affordable. I usually know the server is down before my Clients contact me. Peace of mind knowing all systems go.

It gives me the relevant information about my servers in an easy to understand form. The monitoring is customisable and links to a nifty mobile app which is excellent
Remote desktop Feature - dashboard tells us 10 minutes later that a server has gone down

I have used Pulseway monitoring on our enterprise systems for a few years now and we have never had monitoring and alerting so easy! With Pulseway we have specific and custom monitoring setup for each server we administer. Setup was a breeze and support of the product is excellent. Thanks to Pulseway and the direct control the iPhone and Android applications offer over our servers we have been able to resolve most incidents in a matter of seconds where at one time it may have taken hours! Having system engineers on-call using Pulseway allows for extremely powerful remote administration! From the palm of your hand you can make system changes on the go and even launch remote PS sessions for added flexibility. If you use just one third party application on your systems you should make it this one - You certainly wont regret it!
Ease of use Powerful interface Remote access Granular alerting thresholds Informative dashboard Custom grouping of servers by role, zone etc Vast customization API integration with applications such as PagerDuty Greatly assists in incident response times!
None that come to mind - Pulseway delivers exactly what it says on the tin!

It was nice to be able to remote in to any of the systems when there was an issue, and the alerts, and what options for alerts that could be set, were great.
I liked how easy it was overall to navigate around and how it performed. Overall no complaints about the system. The staff were always quick to respond to any questions that I had.
Other than the minimum monthly fee, everything was fine. I only say that because when I had one company take over their systems when I left the IT field, they only had about nine computers, and it ended up not being worth it for them to take over the remote work (although they did in the end).

The sales and support staff are extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
The applications allow for granular control and are extremely responsive. The mobile apps are where Pulseway really shines.
The mobile app (iOS) is lacking the remote session capability.

- nice GUI - complete set of handy functions - stable with not much impact on system performance - steady evolution of the product
I sometimes use the remote Terminal functions and this is quite basic. Slow response on commands, no repeat functions for last xx commands (only last), no buttons for frequently used commands/scriptlets. The Close Session command and Repeat Last Command are “hidden” behind the “Share” button, not very intuitive.

I have been using Pulseway for a little over a year to monitor over 160 systems spread over two locations. Pulseway keeps me informed in real time as to what is happening with all my systems and alerts me of problems before the user can even call! This has become an invaluable tool for managing multiple systems with multiple users in multiple locations. Pulseway simplifies my responsibilities and gives me the power to do more remotely and more conveniently than any other application I can find. Also, the support team has always gone above and beyond to assist with any issues that may arise. Definitely will be using Pulseway for many years to come!
Real time updates, Active Directory Support, mobile device accessibility, continually updated, excellent support staff.

This is fantastic Network Monitoring Tool. You can access any server from any device. I use it on my phone to monitor our servers when on Vacation. Alerts can be set for a variety of issues, system down, storage, etc.
Has some minor bugs but otherwise I didn't find any major cons with this product. Would recommend this for any Sys. Admin or Noc Engineer.

It's nice to have a solution that will answer all of your questions. They will guide you trough it every step of the way and make sure you are set-up
When starting you get help through the entire process. When there is any problem they are quick to help
Because of a communication error the wrong license got renewed. This set us back a while. They did try their best to fix it ASAP.
Hey J, Thank you for your review and your feedback, it is much appreciated!

It's been good. The product does what I expect, and the account managers are eager to help if I have questions.
I don't have to interact with it constantly, but can set it up to automatically deploy, automate common tasks, and even automate reporting. Unless something goes wrong at one of our endpoints, it's "set and forget" for me, and I only have to pay attention to the alerts and periodic reports.
I am using Pulseway to track who is in possession of each computer at any given time using custom fields. This is a bit cumbersome, so I wish you would implement a feature specifically targeting this kind of use-case.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.
The only challenge that i face is customer service of Pulseway due to the email replies. Sometimes I am waiting for the reply 2 or 3 days.

Not using the full potensial so i cant say. But it's working good for what i use it for.
Stability and ease of use. Good price. Really hoping that Cloud backup will be good.
Better feedback on what is happening on the client side when installing Kaspersky. It should say more than "Installing" - maybe an progressbar.
