Pros

We are very happy with the tool and the support that we have received from Inflectra.
I like its ability to playback tests through Rapise user interface, directly from the command-line, or from a test management system such as SpiraTest.
It is infact quite easy to adapt. This tool helps us in making quick progress on automating our regression testing.

Pros

We have been pleased with the ability to research performance and include other features such as SSIS to accomplish our business requirements easily.
I like the ease of use with all the available features. Ve been using SQL Server for over 11 years and I love that it continually gets better and it has so much support and resources available.
All and all SQL Server is really good for managing databases and querying and I would recommend though I do wish it had a couple of more ease of use features.

Cons

In depth knowledge in java script is required. No integration with JIRA.
Sometimes integration with Spira and Rapise to run automated tests problematic but observed very rarely.
It does what we need it to do, so not a lot that we don't like about it.

Cons

What I don't like most about this is that the error messages can be lacking sometimes leaving you puzzled as to what actually occurred.
There's nothing really I disliked but I remember having trouble when querying a table under another and writing the query, where choosing different tables in hierarchy had different/odd results.
No precautions on executing any updates or inserts, probably because they expect you to know what you're doing. It can be confusing at first.
