Pros

Its super helpful having a tool that allows me to offload the conscious effort of checking graphs, log aggregators, and similar health check mechanisms.
Having a tool that alerts me when software is reporting abnormal behaviour allows me to better focus on my daily tasks.
The easy way to get it started in most programming languages and frameworks.

Pros

They reach out regularly to make sure we are happy. Good communicators, flexible business solutions.
They were quick to respond, did not try to low ball our client and were generous to extend the discount an entire year. It's hard to find great partners/vendors like this, now-a-days.
The setup was easy and the customer service was helpful when I first set it up. The software is well supported.

Cons

Sometimes the event grouping does not work exactly as expected but that could be user error.
My error tab is not working for me , every time i have to check in Active error tab.
We use it to test system fatal errors. We can log defects directly through jira integration.

Cons

Then... they don't stop charging your card even after the ridiculous 3 months have passed ... *Another* charge comes in at the end of October.
It also takes quite some time to set up things properly to avoid alert fatigue.
Then she left, and when the rep couldn't get in touch with her, he switched our account to Auto Pay.
