Data center management system for mid to large enterprises
What users mention about Sunbird DCIM See all reviews What we like most about Sunbird's DCIM solution is the integration between dcTracks and PowerIQ along with the great features, detailed user interface and ease of use. Great functionality and large user group helps a lot to solve problems, which are impossible to solve in other products, like subfloor or above rack equipment placement. Having tried to work with top five DCIM products I consider SunBird the best DCIM product on the market. It is easyest to adopt to and covers the most of DataCenter manager's tasks.

Incident Management & Operations Performance Software
What users mention about PagerDuty See all reviews The ability to to have the information displayed and on the go with the App is great for us as we can engage with stakeholders and its bought in consistency for out out of hours team on alerting. Integration with CloudWatch, webhooks, Jira is outstanding, functional, and reliable. The application has gotten better over the years I have used it. We also suffer during outages for the lack of a "acknowledge all incoming pages" button.
IT Automation for Today’s IT World
What users mention about ConnectWise Automate See all reviews We love that we are able to do so much with the computers that we manage on this software. Also love that we can find out hardware information through this secure application. He's amazing, and has made this software do some really incredible stuff for us. It had good functionality out of the box, but we've been adding scripts and automation to it for 5 years at this point. We are totally unhappy , every time we need support , it's really difficult to get someone with the right skills , so usually we skip and stay with bug / errors.
Automated IT infrastructure visualization & management tools
What users mention about Device42 See all reviews Very easy to use, great customer service and great support. Any issues I have had, Device42 has been more than willing to help resolve. Does a good job at both and the value for money is there. Support has been very helpful, development seems overworked - don’t except a quick resolution to the issues that are present. This tool helps a lot if you want to figure out the application or server dependencies. It gives a very good picture of server communication, capture all the inbound/outbound communications.
IT & DevOps Incident Management
What users mention about VictorOps See all reviews Very customizable, easy to use, and fantastic support. This has really made managing alerts and on-call so much easier, and we've always had helpful and friendly support when needed. I like the best is the simplicity to set it up and to integrate with other tools, as well as the versatility to create different teams with different escalation schedules and paging policies. Works like clockwork, providing a smooth seamless experience. It is incredibly easy to assign on call schedules, and set up alerting.
IT Systems Management Software for Internal IT and MSPs
What users mention about Kaseya VSA See all reviews All in all it's a pleasure to work with if things don't break, which is not too often compared to other software products. And what would be the fun if it never went kaput. The problem with the quantity of features is that documentation is a mess and the UI is difficult to navigate. The organization is too basic to support so many features. The interface is currently awful. Flash is not a technology that should be used in a modern product and the interface frequently fails to update accurately when using filters.
Cloud-Scale Monitoring Platform For Metrics, Traces, & Logs
What users mention about Datadog See all reviews Reliable, easy to integrate, supports all important types of monitors and events, fast UI. You can easily setup your dashboard for important metrics. Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out. I think that the best features that Datadog has is that you can track and follow logs in real time, something really important to have if your project is live.
Alerting and on-call management for always-on services
What users mention about Opsgenie See all reviews The economics of the platform fit our needs better than the alternatives. I like the ability to easily spread the responsibility of support across the team. I like the user-friendly interface and how easy it is to integrate with other applications. The search functionality in the Alerts section is super flexible and easy to use. Ability to set quiet hours is great to allow people to get a good night's sleep without leaving big gaps in coverage.
All-in-one remote IT monitoring and management platform.
What users mention about Pulseway See all reviews If you dont have an Active Directory environment like myself, this is a solid option. Its not going to be AS robust in features and manageability but it comes close enough. The scripting tools help me accomplish tasks effortlessly for tasks that are not built in to the system, which is rare. It is also a very versatile/customizable tool for monitoring and notifications. I love the fact that Pulseway is so responsive, web accessible, and the support is amazing.
All Your Apps. Instantly Available.
What users mention about Rubrik See all reviews The RBAC controls are weak currently and the alert management is too high level. The sql backups can be missed if the server is too busy but this is a pro too. Overall this is a really nice product and it should be at the top of your list to consider if you are overhauling or replacing your backup solution. Frankly, Rubrik is an amazing product. It works seamlessly, has several advanced features, and is extremely simple to use.

This mission was accomplished and all requirements are fullfilled. Thanks to excellent support and incredible agility of the ITRP institute. We were early adopters of the product and were able to test the functionality very early in the companies lifecycle. The results were terrific.

What users mention about ServiceNow See all reviews Platform allows development using latest web technologies and supports integration with 3rd party apps. ServiceNow Customer Support team is very much good at resolving any issues/tickets. We use this tool to monitor services andIt has'sProven to be useful.I like the reports it generates, and the ability to escalate. The ticketing system is especially useful. The ticketing interface is straightforward, and I like that I can add internal notes and assign priority ratings to my various tasks. I think most users have been very happy using it. What users mention about Panopta See all reviews It is my favorite platform for just monitoring websites. The outage simulator, easy tree-style interface, and awesome support will always make it a great system to work with. Once, in a while I'll get a false alarm. Although, it's typically due to a new monitoring IP that needs whitelisting. It's nice to get an iPhone notification as a heads-up before we escalate to phone/text. The UI to attach notification schedules to services is a bit unwieldy, but they've made significant progress.
Network Monitoring & Management Software
What users mention about ManageEngine OpManager See all reviews This is a wonderful software that is frequently used by wide range of people for Network management. It's customer service is outstanding. I like how configurable the tool is, and I like that we can connect to it through their API. Also, their support is extra responsive when we initiate chats with them within the application. Price is always a problem when there is something you want so badly. However I can't deny that this software is excellent.
Smarter Monitoring for Smarter Engineers
Autonomous Operations- Intelligent Automation for IT Ops
Modular platform for computing, hosting, storage & more
What users mention about Google Cloud Platform See all reviews I would have to say that the worst thing about this product is the rate charged for the non-free software which is expensive for storage, download and support (pricier than AWS). I like that it's automatic, and you can select the folders you want to back up. They also recently added a 2TB option which is perfect for a full backup of important files. I love using google cloud storage, I love its integration with google drive. I can have it running in the background and it takes care of everything.
