Pros

I like that, out-of-the-box, Samanage offers great core functionality with a stable product that ties neatly into a beautiful UI for the end users.
To start with the entire team that worked with me on purchasing, setup/configuration, success management were all really great and were easy to work with.
The other great thing is the asset management software, you install the agent on any company computer/phone and it gives you an immense amount of information and auditing capabilities.

Pros

I like its ease of deployment and use during backup and restore. It is very affordable, especially for educational institutions.
Good way to solve gsuite backups with nice UI and functionality for great price.
Backupify throughout the phases of research, implementation and use has been excellent to work with. There customer service team is responsive to our needs.

Cons

I haven't really found anything I dislike. Our previous solution was that bad.
By that I mean the lack of reports and reporting tools.
Some of the customizations of the user portal are a bit hard to find from the admin side.

Cons

Customer Support is the worst I have every experienced. I could not restore for 2 weeks.
This was helpful for team members that were no longer with the company but periodically we need to access their old emails. Now, we have to pay to keep the accounts open longer.).
