Pros

This is our first ticketing tool for our new service desk service, and Service Now has been a great help to shape our service model and metrics.
A brilliant ITSM tool and available as SaaS. The licensing mechanism is based on the fulfiller and approvers.
It is very flexible, can be integrated into any system for your company. When there's an IT help issue, it is very easy to submit a ServiceNow ticket.

Pros

Overall, for the price, you get good ROI on your investments and it is a highly successful integration product. So I would recommend this.
Overall I found this solution is good. If you running a small business or medium business or you have big enterprise this solution help each and every business as per their need.
It is very user friendly and easy to use. Compatibility with other apps is really very good.

Cons

Capacity Management is still a missing factor in ServiceNow though demand management can be somehow captured through projects.
Integration with risk management could have been made simpler to show the mapping of technical risks to business risks.
There are so many product areas that is can be hard to navigate, especially for areas that are not frequented often.

Cons

The biggest complaint with Boomi is the lack of built in monitoring and the level of knowledge within Support when calling in.
When the file system connectivity lost, the molecule shows up and running on the website but have to restart the molecule for the integrations to work properly.
Minor performance issues with large volumes of data. There are also instances where some component windows do not work as expected or have a poor usability due to limited visibility.

Boomi

Great tool for moving data between systems/applications

So far in our limited usage it has been a great tool for moving data from disparate systems.

Pros

This software allowed us to quickly move data from our Workday system to automatically generate tickets for software and hardware needs in ServiceNow.

Cons

I cannot really think of anything. Our project went smoothly.
