Pros

It’s far better than the last ITSM tool- Remedy on terms of efficiency and usefulness. Integrating with other tools is most popular in SNOW with easy REST API.
The best feature I liked about its workflows, the way it is implemented in a backend process for tasks, approvals , and autopopulating required fields etc are signs of great features.
Very nice enviroment, useful tools, good managment, many users in support like this web based tool in many companies I've been worked in.

Pros

Well I was surprised how easy the installation went, then opening the application it was so easy to use. I just need to get to know this version better, but till now a great success to our company.
On the top of that, Foxtrot has a group of amazing people behind, who are always here to help you.
Users can build their own scripts and automate their own tasks without the help of IT, which they love. It has saved us hundreds of hours of repetitive tasks, literally.

Cons

New users need to be oriented on how to navigate through this tool because it is quite confusing and intimidating to users at first.
Capacity Management is still a missing factor in ServiceNow though demand management can be somehow captured through projects.
Some out-of-box examples really don't match up to any organizations needs and leave you wanting more.

Cons

The inability to upload a spreadsheet into a list rather than having to type out all of my translations.
The Nintex support is horrible, we still have an issue and cannot use the solution.
May be a little difficult to learn. There are so much functions and you may take a while to learn all things.

Pros

So this thing has a ton of features. SO many, actually, that it is incredibly overwhelming.

Cons

I just found that the amount of information and features available were very overwhelming and unneeded. There is no RPA or API.
