Pros

Cloude data and services is simply awesome. The best thing is its also supports to integrate autoCAD as well.
Building Dashboard for Customers is very easy and able to support Users with Customer Support is awesome. Tickets will be auto generated and assigned and able to track the progress easily.
We use this tool to monitor services andIt has'sProven to be useful.I like the reports it generates, and the ability to escalate. The ticketing system is especially useful.

Pros

I also appreciate how helpful the customer service is. They're personal with their customers to ensure they have what they need and are set up for success.
I liked the ability to collaborate, both internal and external. I also liked the Trello style boards for tasks, as well as the ability to mention people and easily improve communication flows.
It has definitely improved our capability as a team so we have gotten good return on investment from it.

Cons

If you are new to service management processes, the plethora of services will leave you confused. Configure one process and explore them in and out before moving into another process.
Very disappointed with customer support, we had to wait 2 to 3 days for a response.
We've also had problems with high reloads, but that just might be par for the course.

Cons

Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called.
We use it at the office to set tasks, and determine times to do them. There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.
Currently, they just blend together and it is very difficult to see any separation between these three items (in for example the Table view). This is THE biggest point of annoyance for me with Wrike.
