Pros

Easy to use, does what it's meant to do, interface is great and the advanced reports are a charm.
Everything is as describe, best price on beauty products and happy with timely delivery received in a good condition.
Overall we are satisfied. The support has been very prompt and communication has been excellent.

Pros

Wonderful features offered through it for the customers, and most of all Fantastic Tech Support and guidance in making it work for you from the Boss Organization.
BOSS has been a great product within our county, allowing IT to better streamline support needs. BOSS support has also been great to work with and help us get to where we are going.
Flexible and very user friendly. We have utilized this module of the system now for over 2 years and we find it one of the best Asset Tracking systems attached to our helpdesk application.

Cons

The service feedback is awful. We can't embed the question, we can't personalize our forms, even the service feedback e-mail is bad.
Currently we're worried about the performance and availability.
Due to the customization there are a lot of options so some times you get lost in menus due to so many options.

Cons

There's only one thing I truly have to complain about and it's the weird refresh error I get.
Lack of features, such as not being able to select multiple items in the dropdown. Not being able to customize our own reports, long waits to have reports fixed/updated or created.
You're limited to just the options they give you. Since it's web based they can't really customize anything directly for you because it will impact all of their customers.
