ShareFile Virtual Data Room helps businesses in finance, accounting, legal, healthcare, and other industries, securely share files, manage user access, gather feedback, and more. The platform includes white-labeling capabilities, which enable organizations to personalize the interface with custom logos and colors to establish brand identity with clients.

ShareFile Virtual Data Room lets enterprises upload files in various formats including PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a centralized repository and provide read-only or editing rights to authorized users. The application allows administrators to limit the distribution and downloading of documents by using email, IP address, name, date, or time as watermarks across documents. Supervisors can also generate a data room index, which enables users to view, organize, and track files, folders, and subfolders.

ShareFile Virtual Data Room includes click trails, which enable account administrators to monitor user sessions, login and logout time, searches, and other activities. Managers can also gain insights into file views, downloads, most viewed documents, active users, recent searches, and more via statistics and graphs.
