I think Skyvia is an amazing tool and I had great experience with customer service. I was interacting with Mariia.
And one more benefit - guys allow to use tool for free. So, if functionality provided with the free plan is enough this variant is amazing.
Excellent tool, very easy to implement, configure and use. It is powerful and reliable.
Pros
I really like that Katalon is both similar to using Selenium and Quick Test pro. This is a fantastic marriage of the best features those products offered separately.
It supports a good amount of testing types, from API to Cross-browser. It has a good learning curve and it's FREE.
Great experience, absolutely loved it from the get go, better than selenium, the learning curve is not to steep.
Cons
The worst customer support. If you have an issue it will usually won't be addressed with an email for at least 24 hours.
It's cool but frustrating especially with poor customer support.
We solved the problem - so everything is ok for us. Nothing to say about dislikes.
Cons
When running a script, fails it is very hard to understand the reason. I got stuck trying to run a mobile test and I still can't do it and I found no one.
Despite some info from the users that encountered the same problem, no explanation from Katalon team was there.
Since this tool is somewhat new in the market compared to Selenium Webdriver, hence, its at times difficult to find solutions if a user is stuck in a problem.
