Pros
I love the price and the features that come with it. I appreciate the technical support and their flexibility to listen to suggestions and try their best to incorporate them into the software.
I love the ease of use of SmarterSelect both on the admin side and as a general user. We have used this for employment and volunteer applications as well as award judging.
This software offers a lot of great options and is easy to use. Customer Support is excellent and willing to help with any questions within a very timely manner.

Cons
I think that it can be a little confusing at times. It can be difficult to use sometimes if you dont already know how to use the software.
It is not until the email is opened that the recommender sees that Anthony is the actual person applying for the scholarship. This is often confusing for the recommenders.
The export reports are very difficult to use, including a lot of unnecessary columns and information. Time must be spent deleting or hiding information that is redundant or not needed.
