Pros

Does what it says it will do but not very user friendly and there are better options out there. It is better to spend some money and get another product that is out there like Kayako.
For the most part we like it a lot. There are some things that I'd like to change like the sub tickets and email notifications being a bit messy but overall I like it.
The layout and interface are great and it has some great features. Interactions with all the options are easy and it seems like it was very well thought out.

Pros

Whatsup Gold is obviously a good and useful product for people to use. The interface is friendly and the reminders are helpful.
My experience has been pretty good, but as of right now we're looking at other more cost effective options.
WUG has been a solid piece of our network for years now, their support team is great and the product does everything we need it to do and more. It is reasonably priced for what you get.

Cons

This is good and bad, in that there's no accidental deletion of ticket history, but it can be frustration if space on the hosting server is very limited.
I don't think there is anything I dislike about it. Since we only use it to generate our own tickets for the IT team to communicate about what needs to get done, I don't have any user complaints.
Having to install an agent on each PC in the organization can be a pain depending on how your organization is setup. And, honestly, there is no email alerting yet.

Cons

The product has limited functionality and is inflexible to use as a 24x7 monitoring tool. Software updates may fix some problems but often introduce more problems.
Originally, we started before the Gold version existed. It has been running ever since, and it usually provides the first warning when something goes wrong.
I upgraded from version 16 to 17 and ended up rolling back because there were so many missing features.
