This software allows me to connect with my clients remotely. It is easy for them to install and understand and I can then see what issues they are having. I've been able to help clients that I would normally have not been able to travel to. I also use it when I travel. I can connect back to my desktop to check my mail in real time or use a piece of software that I don't necessarily want to bring with me. I can use more demanding software on my desktop and there's not much lag. Splashtop has saved me money and, more importantly, my time.
Quick remote connections. Easy for clients to use. Easy for me to remote to desktop securely when traveling.
I have a couple of clients in remote areas that rely on their phone connections. I usually have issues trying to connect and frequently lose the connection or it freezes.

This program was a savior during covid. It allowed me and continues to allow me to work remotely as I have to access accounting programs that cannot be accessed outside of the office network.
I like that it doesnt really feel like its a remote desktop, more like an extension of my desktop. Barely any lag at all.
The only thing I do not like, is that there are occasions where the full screen does not work and I am unable to see the task bar on the remote desktop.

We love the software and it does everything we need it to without a huge cost or hassle.
Easy to implement and use software to allow for secure remote access to a desktop.
If you have team members less technologically inclined it can pose a bit of a learning curve challenge.

Over all experience is great. We used logmein before this software and it did not live up to our necessities in our business.
I love that the screen is full size and that I can transfer documents, xrays and such as file transfers from desktop to Remote Desktop.
We have 4 computers set up on our splashtop and almost daily one of the computers cannot be accessed for some reason.

Access to a remote computer which controls a building management system for a campus.
I like that ease of use and the high security level. Good to see the list of computers available on the front screen.
Sometimes when I login, the desktop screen shown for the remote computer is limited in size. Too small to see. Not sure if it's an issue with the software or with the actual remote computer.

I would not recommend this be used on a daily basis. More of a backup
Nothing really to like on this software other than it allows for a remote view of the desktop. Not much else
Lack of features even as fast as being able to view more than one screen at a time. Very laggy and very difficult to navigate

With Covid-19 I was unable to get to my customers to assist with their month end accounting needs. Splashtop was a good cost effective solution, no only for now, but for future support needs.
Consistency: I'm able to get to the remote desktop every time with the same sequence. No surprises. It is fast and has the features I need to support my customers: remote printing, secure, quick.
It was painful to install. The go here, now go here, now go here, no get a dual authenticator, now log in, now log out....Phew - took over 1 hour :(
Hi Darci, Thank you for the comment. We are sorry to hear that you had experienced issues with our software. Hope it has been solved. It's so glad to hear how we are helping you during the pandemic. We are proud to serve you. Thanks again for choosing Splashtop and always stay healthy and take care! Regards, Antonia Wang Splashtop Customer Success team

Splashtop rescued us during the pandemic and we will continue to use it for employees who must work outside of the office
Splashtop is faster and has better resolution than most remote desktop software solutions. There is an option to view two monitors and print remotely.
Of course, Splashtop, like any other remote desktop software, has a bit of a lag and you can't set it to stay logged in, indefinitely.

I found Splashtop to be easy to use, and having the features like File-Transfer, Chat, Remote reboot, Desktop-Sharing, like their major competitor, but with up to 10 client PCs and at a significantly lower/fairer price, is a great and welcome value for me and many other small to medium, businesses!
As a sole proprietor PC Repair business owner, budget, security and diagnostic and remote desktop features are my highest priorities and Splashtop fits most of the bill.
I would rather be given a new password by my client and have to input it before I can remote-in on their PC each time. I have already had them be concerned about this. I told the client, people shoud always have a password or PIN login for Windows instead of an auto-login option for their own security. Other than that, I love Splashtop Business's features and performance.

We were having lots of dropped sessions with GoToMyPC. This was problematic as our remote users frequently needed remote control access to their desktop PC. Splashtop not only eliminated the dropped sessions problem, but was noticeably quicker responding in use. Fantastic product, great people to work with, too.
This software is faster than GoToMyPC in use, and is MUCH more stable! Users love it. Easy to use.
The setup process could be a bit clearer, when it comes to access controls for the computer being controlled, but once set up, it's fantastic...

I use Splashtop in the context of user support. I'm easily able to access my customers' computers and see the issues they are having in real time.
I appreciate the simplicity of using Splashtop for remote desktop. When I log in, I quickly see an clear organized list of the computers that I can access remotely.
There is an extra authentication step that I found confusing. After logging in, they send you and email to authenticate. The first two or three times of using it, it was confusing, but once I learned the routine, it was probably easier than using more standard 2-Factor authentication.

It has required two factor authentication. Its very customizable in terms of what users can access which devices. It's very user friendly as well. Installation options are great. I personally use deploy codes so settings are simple and users can begin accessing devices immediately after deployment. There are a lot of features and they add new ones regularly.
The connection can be a bit bad. There is significant latency often, but not always. I find that Windows integrated remote desktop connection has less latency, but is not nearly as user friendly as splashtop.

My overall experience was great. I will be renewing when prompted to.
This was by far the easiest product I have found for remote working. Just log in and go. That simple.
The only drawback, and I don't really want to call it a drawback, but there is a little lag when you move around your remote desktop. But not a big deal, you just have to slow down a bit.
Hi Merrie, Thank you for the fascinating scoring. Do you know there's a tip of getting the best performance from using the Splashtop app? Here the link for your information: https://support-splashtopbusiness.splashtop.com/hc/en-us/articles/212723463-How-can-I-get-the-best-performance-from-using-the-Splashtop-app- Thanks again for your support! I use this software to remote into client systems to perform bookkeeping functions.
The cost was what got me here and the functionality very good too. It works just as good if not better than the other remote desktop services available yet it's budget friendly to a small business owner such as myself.
I haven't encountered anything I haven't liked about this software.

Allows me to remote access/control my retail POS. Has made life again easier as I turfed gotomypc.
Great functionality for remote access/control of another computer. The price is way better than gotomypc which I used for years before they jacked the price up yet didn't provide any additional value!
Remote printing sometimes doesn't work as expected.

Remote support and remote access for 50 Employees.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic we were pushed to work remotely while on Lockdown, Splashtop not only gave me the ability to support our 50 person staff but also gave us a safe and secure way for them to access their work computers from a home computer that is not on our network.
The app does freeze up and sometimes computers just get locked up where someone needs to manually restart but for the most part I only had about a week's work fo troubleshooting in the beginning.

Excellent. It is the fastest and most reliable remote access app I have ever used. Previously I refused to pay for apps which lack performance. I had no reluctance in paying for this one.
This software is so easy to use. I have a relatively slow broadband at home but this has not hindered a good working connection and use of my remote computer. It was easy to set up remote wake on lan. It has been a saviour during lockdown due to coronavirus.
The only downside has been with remote printing to macOS. A third party work around has to be used. Remote printing to windows is no problem.

Overall having access to my desktop from remote settings has saved me peace of mind knowing that I can preform my job without possibly putting myself or others in a position to spread the virus. I also love the fact now that if something was to come up business wise I don't have to be in my office to handle the problem. I have an 1 hour commute from my house to the office, if i'm able to fix the problem from my house or tablet I've just saved 2 hours of my time driving, fuel, ware and tear on my vehicle.
I'm very happy with how easy Splashtop was to set up my remote devices so I was able to access my desk top from remote at my home PC, on my iPad, or on my iPhone. During these times of having to work remote due to the Covid-19 restrictions, Splashtop allowed me to not miss a beat from my daily actives involved with my work schedule.
one item (which hasn't came up, luckily) is if my desktop at work is not on (ie: we have a power interruption, or someone was to shut down my PC at work) I would not have remote access to it. Which means I would have to drive to the office to start up my desktop, or hope someone is at the office to fire up my computer for me.

Great experience so far. Very affordable.
I tried several free remote desktop clients because I was tired of lugging around a laptop to work and home and copying files every time I needed to work remotely. While the free remote clients kind of worked to connect me if I was on the right wi-fi network...Splashtop blew them out of the water. I do some pretty CPU intensive work with video editing and production. Because of this I need more computing power than a laptop can generally supply. From the first time I installed the free trial I was able to access my desktop computer with ease and perform complicated video editing without a single hiccup. I have never had an issue connecting using the remote app either by 4G or any wi-fi signal.
I wish there was a way to resize my screen without having to change the source computer settings. I use ultrawide monitors at work on the source computer, but when I need to connect remotely it only gives me that ultra wide output. I wish I could reframe the window so it fit better on a tablet or traditional laptop.

In this pandemic world, it is urgent that we keep up to date on the bookkeeping and income taxes that we prepare. Thanks to SplashTop, we can access our client's books and stay current. I have purchased Splashtop for 3 of my employees so far, who can work from home and access computers and printers remotely.
Love that i can sign in to my desktop anytime, anywhere, and also love not having to have face-to-face contact with clients, while still getting their bookkeeping and income taxes completed.
I can't think of a thing that i disliked. I have used GoToMyPC, Remote Access, Team Viewer, Remote Pc, and probably many more, but had issues with each of them.

Splashtop Business is easy to use, and it seamlessly allows remote control and operation of a number of computers. Our team uses it on a daily basis to have desktop control as well as to transfer files. It is lower cost than other leading similar software, and the support is excellent.

I had a free teamviewer subscription (I use this to help elderly.) They have cancelled. I have read https://www.techradar.com/news/best-remote-desktop-software and tried remote pc. This was a disaster. I have found you (supremo), Splashtop and Zoho Assist. I has started with Supremo :-).
It's very easy to connect with somebody who is null in personal computers. No installation is required.
- When someone uses supremo for the first time, an intermediate screen (login / accept) will appear. You do not see what is shown on that intermediate screen. I can't call it up by deleting the file. This is not a uninstall. - Supremo does not give the possibility to exchange sound (phone/ loudspeaker).

I utilize it for gaining instant access to my devices, wherever they are located. It is a good software to remotely work from home and anywhere.
It is a simple and good tool to remotely control all the devices at your disposal. It is easy to use and its pricing is also competitive. I haven't encountered much lag while remotely accessing the devices.
Its interface is too simple, and needs improvement. Although the pricing is competitive, its performance is lower than most of its competitors.

We have been users of Supremo for over five years. The product keeps getting better, faster, more stable and easier to use. We get great value for our subscription and we expect to remain Supremo customers in future. We have not had to contact technical support very often (perhaps twice in five years) but when we did they were prompt, efficient and helpful. We really like Supremo!
We use Supremo primary for unattended remote-access of our employees' computers. We are able to remote apply database and software updates, debug problems and configure PCs when the employee is present or absent.
No comment here... all good! Supremo does what it should.

It's easy to use, has good price. It let us take full control of remote host so we can configure Windows on remote side.
Very frequent disconnections. Our Internet service is stable and very reliable, and after over 2 yr of use we are sure Supremo can be improved. TeamViewer does not present this problem.Maybe Supremo needs a mirror server in North America. If there is, we don't know or have no access.
