It is quick and easy to access my desktop when I am away or at home
You can not view multiple screens at the same time, you must toggle between them

Splashtop is a great tool and the main feature in my opinion is the remote from mobile device!

Access to a remote computer which controls a building management system for a campus.
I like that ease of use and the high security level. Good to see the list of computers available on the front screen.
Sometimes when I login, the desktop screen shown for the remote computer is limited in size. Too small to see. Not sure if it's an issue with the software or with the actual remote computer.

Software works fine. I have had no issues
I switched to Spashtop due to their lower costs than the other options. Software works well.
I wish there was SOS option for a single case versus a year subscription. It could be useful for the rare times I need to connect to a remote user's system.

Supplying IT support to the few macs in the company
It works on Mac and Windows. The app is very stable. It has lots of options. We've never had a problem with it
Nothing bad to say about it. It's a shame the remote support solution is much more expensive. That's why we have this instead to get the job done.
