Pros

So far I love it as it works great, and is very easy to use and user friendly. I wish more of my customers would use this software to make my life easier.
They continue to update and add features that improve on some of their short comings. The customer service / help line is very good.
I like the ability to pre-fill forms , like the ASN form, in the preferences mode, which speeds up the process of filling the ASN out as in many cases, the information stays the same.

Pros

Generally a great platform. Easy to use and good support team.
Integrations are easy and in cases where they haven't been (M&S as an example), the project team ([sensitive content hidden] ) have been amazing at going the extra mile to get things over the line.
Once implemented with a retailer it is very reliable and robust at taking the EDI order inbound and raising invoice/warehouse orders.

Cons

Another issue that we seem to have is when there is error in processing a document. The document is tagged as having errors but there is no further information as to what exactly is the issue.
Was forced on to this product by vendor, vendor was aware of issues. Does not work for our application, very expensive was misled by SPS sales staff.
My business problem is CAUSED by SPS Commerce. We are trying to work through the initial implementation, but it has dragged on for months.

Cons

Couple of errors which are flagged by customer not by netix.
No analytics available from Netix. E.g. SKU order frequency/performance.
Nothing we have come across so far, we don't use it to it's full capabilities but that's because of our requirements alone.

Pros

Very easy to use and understand. Work flow between trading partners is very smooth and hassle free!

Cons

I have no real complaints. When there has been a problem it usually goes back to the trading partner has not done something on their end.

We have figured out how to process our POs to get them done, but it took us a while. Not receiving response from Customer Service chat was very difficult when trying to complete a task.

Pros

Being able to see the flow of procedures required to complete a PO listed on the page.

Cons

The initial use was very difficult to figure out. Customer service chat response was not received until the next day. Too late to help with issue.

My experience with SPS in one word "Efficient"!

I can down-load purchase orders and invoice efficiently.

Pros

What I like most about this software is that it's so user-friendly. I receive a notification when there's a new PO to retrieve and Invoicing is easy.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about this software. Occasionally there's a slow-down in processing but that doesn't interfere with work flow.

We enjoy the platform and have many vendors we work with for fulfillment.

Pros

The workflow chart on the right margin helps keep orders on track. Point and click makes processing flow fairly easily.

Cons

No messaging with Vendor regarding issues with orders or processing.

Pros

easy to track orders, helpful support, west elm required it.

Cons

High learning curve, but once we got the flow it is easier. Would be nice to also see payment status and easier to categorize orders.

Ease of use. there is a good flow on the site to direct you to the next stages of the fullfillment process.

Cons

Slow. Takes time to open documents/load pages. This becomes frustrating when trying to get the PO open for the first time to view.

Great Hands On Product

I can easily monitor and manage my EDI flow and Processes from one place and make adjustments on the fly if necessary. and their customer service is outstanding.

Pros

If you are looking for an EDI application where you need to get your hands dirty. this is a great solution. You can control Inbound and outbound transmission as well as alter or edit maps etc.

Cons

The filters and features can get a little sticky but that is because we are searching large data bases.

Ease of use.

Pros

I like the work flow screen, and how easy it is to tell if things are complete, saved, etc. I like the reminders on the fulfillment screen

Cons

I do not like having to click multiple buttons for product detail, over and over, having to switch from mouse to key board and back. It seems like there should be a way to make this more straight forward.

Since it's our first time to do the transaction, through the use of SPS, its normal as a newbie, to have some query regarding the flow... but everything went fine with the aid of Associate Consultant who has been very supportive, as well as the customer service.

Pros

SPS Fulfillment is so easy to use, easy to understand with the aid of the Workflow... Everything is in order. Support is within the reach, when you have some issues.

Cons

Everything is fine with the software, no issues at all.

Great for integrated CMS systems

My experience hasn't been easy. There was no first hand training. We had to rely on webinars and video training to gather the knowledge we needed to understand how to navigate SPS Commerce and the fulfillment process. However, if we had an in-person training and if our in-house software was more up-to-date so that integration and automation was an option, I believe my experience would be more pleasant.

Pros

The ability to communicate between retailers and suppliers in a very real time exchange. The ability to merge a large quantity of orders directly into our CMS software for quick and easy fulfillment. The search ability to easily find any PO and the ease with being able to separate retailers by name. Love the work flow chart associated to each order- easy to see notes and activity in regard to any given order.

Cons

The complicated and lengthy process of sending and receiving PO Acknowledgements and Changes. All recent activity is noted on the over and transaction tabs, making it confusing to scroll through. I like the idea of only showing 1 PO number and having check marks within the box that show the activity that has been completed for that particular PO. This software does not work well with our very unique...

We use SPS on a daily basis, but when problems arise there is always a delay in resolution.

Pros

Once set-up has been completed correctly the process is smooth. I like that I am able to get notifications of the activities of the POs, Invoices, and ASNs.

Cons

The software is fine, but support needs help. Emailing customer support is a slow process and I don't get same day responses/resolutions. Response from a staff member can take a few days to a week. I typically have to call in to get problems resolved the same day if it's an urgent matter. Error notifications don't provide any details on why documents were rejected. Depending on who is helping with the ticket will depend on the length of time for resolution. I have requested a break down of the EDI flow so I can understand the process better, but have not received additional information and was told there isn't any information on this. Our company has had high turnover and there is no one on staff that has a central understanding of how EDI works.
