Pros and cons

It’s nice that it’s very easy to install and setup. The upgrade from Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) was very smooth and everything runs perfectly.
Many times it has been necessary to retrace steps through earlier versions of code to figure out when an issue was introduced, and it has great features to help with that type of investigation.
Absolutely outstanding build & release management tools. If you are developing on the Microsoft.
It will take some time to learn all the features available. Release cycle is kinda slow, typically lagging 6-12mos behind the cloud hosted version.
Azure sometimes has some performance issues and some bugs that ruin your experience with it, but they are not very often so its no a major problem.
The navigation in the tool is not intuitive. There are so many filters and buttons to press that make it very hard for a novice user to get used to.
