Automated builds and release management, testing is what solve and biggest problem for our organization.

Pros

TFS is one the best product for Source code management tool. Its really useful whether you are agile or waterfall model. Along with source code Its really best in requirement, reporting, project management.

Cons

Its cons its on premises. you always have to be on company network to work with this tool. Azure Devops has already solve that problem.
