Unable to recover deleted test cases, as once I accidentally deleted a test suite when I was trying to delete a test plan. Also bulk option to mark test cases Pass / Failed / Blocked is not possible.

Another thing I like a lot are the UI Scripts, where you can customize the instance adding in or removing features and functionality. They are very powerful and super useful for us.

For me the biggest advantage of using TestRail was its JIRA integration. Ability to create, edit and manage testcases as well as testsuites is amazing.

Integration with Jira eases the need to map to  a user story. The test plan hierarchy helps to create test cases easily and it helps reduce redundancy between test cases.

Test case management and test run makes easy to track our test case and modify as the product change its feature in the future. Great tool to track our test result.

On top of this there is no option to delete all or multiple test suite attachments - you must remove each one individually. Very inconvenient and tedious.

Searching for a past completed story is difficult unless to navigate from Jira. Marking a test case run as passed has too many steps involved.

Inexpensive, basic test management tool you should implement from day 1

We liked the product but had a hard time integrating it with other software (Jira cloud version and TestRail cloud).    But that was mostly our IT department not wanting us to connect that way.  We moved to DevOps with it's Test Plan feature so had no need for TestRail anymore

In my mind TestRail is the best test management system you could get on the market! During running education initiative I've always used it with the students for learning purposes and this was quite helpful!

Really helps in our work. We are using it with every production upgrade. Actually we using this not only as tool for QA and IT team, but we exporting test cases for more complicated features to pdf and using them as tutorial for new employees.
