Unable to recover deleted test cases, as once I accidentally deleted a test suite when I was trying to delete a test plan. Also bulk option to mark test cases Pass / Failed / Blocked is not possible.

Another thing I like a lot are the UI Scripts, where you can customize the instance adding in or removing features and functionality. They are very powerful and super useful for us.

For me the biggest advantage of using TestRail was its JIRA integration. Ability to create, edit and manage testcases as well as testsuites is amazing.

Integration with Jira eases the need to map to  a user story. The test plan hierarchy helps to create test cases easily and it helps reduce redundancy between test cases.

Test case management and test run makes easy to track our test case and modify as the product change its feature in the future. Great tool to track our test result.

On top of this there is no option to delete all or multiple test suite attachments - you must remove each one individually. Very inconvenient and tedious.

Searching for a past completed story is difficult unless to navigate from Jira. Marking a test case run as passed has too many steps involved.

Overall the experience using TestRail has been a good one. It does not do everything I wish it would but it is enough that it helps me and my team get done what we need to for a great price.

TestRail makes for an easy to use and reliable enough test management solution. The tool allows a team to collaborate pretty easily and have visibility of what each other are doing. 

Quick to start using, but can be over simplified at times too

I'm a QA release manager.  I mainly use scheduling test plans and metrics.

My team integrate testrails using automated testing, which is super useful.
interface is quite neat where you can easily know how much percentage your current web passed test cases.
