Pros

The only and reason I love Twillio is because it integrates seamlessly with the software my company creates. Customer service is excellent but you will not be reaching out often.
As we've done so they almost always have a solution for what we want to do. Additionally I do want to give their support two thumbs up - they've always been fantastic.
I like how reliable the services is, which is a major draw and value for money with the costs. At occasional times when there are issues, they are resolved speedily.

Pros

Customer service was great, good features and functionality, room for customizations, can keep personal phone number private.
AMAZING customer service/support. Easy configuration and sensible flow/interface.
Overall, a great phone system. Just began using it and very happy.

Cons

Have not came across anything during the trial that I dislike. I have not had any problems during the trial either.
Sometimes it takes a long time for a message to drop on the receiver's device or may not drop at all. Their charges are quite expensive compared to some of their competitors.
We're exploring using this tool as part of some alert automation packages, for instance if X job fails then take Y action, if Y action fails run this code to text the on-call support resource.

Cons

The worst thing about phone.com is that it does not show when someone is calling my phone.com number so calls all show up as normal calls.
So let this review be your warning. The low price comes with a massive.
I am the type of person who does not answer calls I don't know so this is a very annoying thing about phone.com.
