Pros

Tremendous value for our company, and great peace of mind for myself especially, as the overseer of our operations.
Really great tool on the whole, all websites should use a tool to monitor the uptime and Uptime does the job perfectly.
Your technical support is doing a good job, listening to our issue and finding a solution for us.

Pros

The GUI is great, and I really appreciate all the errors and misconfigurations Auvik can detect on first deployment. Setup is simple, and the live chat with support has been outstanding.
Dives pretty deep and can do some amazing monitoring and scanning into networks. Definitely can help with looking into networks for basics and the intricacies for almost everything you're looking for.
I had it running in about 20 minutes. I really love the searching capabilities they have you can find anything with a simple name or part of a name to help you navigate to any device or link quickly.

Cons

M a solo developer/admin for an internet-based company, and so it's crucial that we are immediately aware of any outages or problems with our sites.
This complicates monitoring SaaS and leaves the product useless for SLA and OLA calculations.
It only keeps 30 days record of that your system has done. Until you buy the pay version it only checks every 5 minutes.

Cons

In the past, we as an MSP would try to offer Managed Network but it was too costly for us to do so or we missed a lot of things due to time and human errors.
Found out after the fact that we were being charged for every switch discovered at the moment of discovery, but only wanted to manage core devices. The issue was worked out, but it took time.
Portal is a bit slow to load, no native Hyper-V collector, a little complicated for learning how to administer, unable to embed or download visual map.
