Pros

Love it, it monitors really great, the emails send never end up in my spambox and the sms service is reasonable quick, nice for monitoring during the night, just a quick sms on your smartwatch.
This is very useful for us as we're able to identify and resolve issues very quickly. Being able to personalize the look and feel of our website monitoring system is also very important for us.
This balance of easy-of-use and powerful extensibility is exactly what my team was looking for. I'm glad we stumbled across this product.

Pros

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.

Cons

When looking al all ping check down checks show as red but the line graph graphic is in the middle vs at the bottom for indicating no communication or dead ping.
This complicates monitoring SaaS and leaves the product useless for SLA and OLA calculations.
I'm a solo developer/admin for an internet-based company, and so it's crucial that we are immediately aware of any outages or problems with our sites.

Cons

Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
Sometimes it gets a little unstable, but I think the problem is more on the internet than on the program itself.

Pros

To have / give assistant over Internet without Problems. Teamviewer Server mostly have high uptime.

Cons

Sometimes depending on which Version I or Customer has, its a bit complicated to install and renew / update software without beeing able to see something. Because you need to have same Software Version.

Great Remote Support Platform

I used this software while working with a managed services provider. We supported end users all around the country. The value we gained from Teamviewer was baing able to see what the users were experiencing but unable to describe over the phone.

Pros

Teamviewer is a feature rich and mature support platform. We found a lot of value in switching to Teamviewer.

Cons

There were a few time when the servers were down. This was a few years ago so I can't comment on current uptime.

Nr1 tool for distant technical guidance and monitoring

Pros

It is possible to connect to different computer set-ups across the globe (no matter if it is Windows or MAC computer). It is quite easy to use and the software set-up is made logical.

Cons

Some safety issues in the past are a bit worrying, but I hope now this software is made safe to use.

Helped in the monitoring of several clients, an exclusive center was set up for remote monitoring, we do not need officials moving the day in between.

Pros

I can stay connected remotely without expiration time, I can control all my systems from a single location, I do not need to go to the clients to render maintenance

Cons

File transfer is still precarious, does not work right and its speed is very slow

Speed in problem solving Remote monitoring of equipment Saving money for travel

Pros

Easy to use. It is very intuitive because it is only necessary to provide an identifier and a password to the other person to start monitoring the remote computer. In addition, it can be used for other functions, for example: courses and presentations at a distance, tele-work, access to our personal computer from work or vice versa, etc. A very useful option is to send files. In short, it is an essential tool for all people interested in computing and use the computer for personal use or for professional use.

Cons

Sometime, it disconnects for no apparent reason, but simply reconnect to continue working. Be sure to have the same version on all computers to avoid compatibility issues

Great for support and monitoring your network users both local and remote

Pros

I've using TeamViewer for more than ten years now. It is absolutely the best in the market. Easy to set up, multiplatform, fast and with lots of extra functionality. We are business users, and it is an excellent tool to monitor and assist your users both local and remote.

Cons

Pricing is probably the only thing that I dislike. If you have only a few users, the free mode could be enough for you.

Get helps us to get remote support from our vendors as soon as we need system related issues. Therefore system downtime is very low. System uptime is 99.9% due to team viewer remote connection

Pros

Team viewer has Secure remote connection feature. Its Conferencing, Collaborative and interactive access is notable. voice conference is a value addition.

Cons

Bandwidth requirement is high. Therefore if the bandwidth is not adequate, It slows the interactive session

High performance remote access and monitoring of office PCs from anywhere with internet access.

Pros

Easy to monitor and access our remote assets within the office, from basically any location with internet access and a web browser. The speed is very good, the security is good, and the product has been around for quite some time so it's well known and proven.

Cons

I think given the competition, the price could be a bit more competitive. It's not a big enough issue for us to change vendors, but we think it's a bit rich.

Cross device access also work fine with TeamViewer.

Cons

Team Viewer Monitoring, Backup and assets management should also include with all version. Android share feature need to come with more advance features.

Teamviewer is the best tool for out ops and support personnel to provide remote debugging tool. It is very easy to manage users and security.

Cons

Both parties need to install the tool and account login in order to start using the tool. Upgrade process is not as easy as it is advertised.

Cons

Access all of your locations remotely with ease

Makes my job easier - I don't have to wait for other team members to email me documents or reports - I can access all my locations easily from any of my devices. Relatively straight forward for my team members that are not very tech-savvy while still having features for the advanced user.

Pros

Makes collaboration very easy across multiple locations - cost efficient and straight forward. Allows you to remotely control, transfer documents, or even 'monitor' operations on various devices as long as everyone has stable internet connection! Easy solution for small business owner who doesn't have a big budget for collaboration tools, also has a trial period to test out the features. Lets you communicate through a small chat between devices.

Cons

Doesn't have an 'invisible' monitoring feature so that the remote device can't see what your doing/looking at, but it's not designed as a big brother monitoring tool anyways. Would be nice to have integration with video if needed for additional meeting features. If you don't have reliable internet connection, then connecting between devices is troublesome and sometimes a little slow.

Great Remote Support Product - Easy to Deploy and Efficient with Add-Ons

Great. Very stable, have had only one outage and performance issue during the 2 years of use. Would recommend for any business who needs a quick Remote session solution that is headache free with security.

Pros

Easy to install, easy to deploy. Has added features such as Endpoint Protection and monitoring which you can add.

Cons

Limitations of 500 devices for your corporate accounts which is not great for an MSP. Also the cost has recently risen and not as economical as prior.

Slow but reliable

It's been straight forward when we've needed their Remote product, but any other product or having to use their interface or support has been a poor experience.

Pros

It is easy to setup and deploy while being relatively reliable.

Cons

It's slow and clunky, often having trouble launching. Their new Web Monitoring product which replaced Monitis is half-baked and missing features, we are unable to use it.
