It was a positive experience and got us moving along until we could find a provider with more features at a higher cost.
It does the job, and at the price point there isn't much competition that offers what they offer. We did have some support related issues, and didn't have the best customer experience, but that wasn't often. Normally the product worked and did what we needed on the budget we had! The best thing Zoho has going for it is the price to product offering, it's got great bang for your buck.
Uptime was an issue, customer support was difficult at times.

It is very organized and simple. Zoho offers live chat which is a great feature. Task managment is great.
In terms of financial aspect, it does not allow monitoring expenses or influences.

We use a number of Zoho products and are very happy with their suite of offerings. The software is accessible and easy for our entire team to participate on.
Not many complaints, perhaps just more features, especially in relation to tracking & monitoring leads. Overall, really satisfied with this product.

I'm constantly client facing, so uploading invoices is essential to getting reimbursed.
Once you figure out how to upload and log any expenses, it's pretty simple to manage and maintain.
You do have to make sure that whoever is reviewing any of the expenses is monitoring it on a consistent basis.

CRM monitoring contacts, address lists, daily todo lists, calendar, integrated email & cell phone log.
It is easy to learn. Quick to set up using import feature, you can use other data you have available. Integrated with other apps - email - cell phone etc. Logs phone calls & emails so to you know when & who you talked to. Also efficient Daily ToDo lists.
Free version has some limitations and integrations that would be more helpful. Unable & unwilling to spend the monthly costs for full features.

it provides whole ecosystem of tools and features which you would need to effectively run an organization and serve your customers more effectively
monitoring could be improved also there is limits on daily alerts like emails etc. that is the only part that i didn't liked

In my company we used zoho, but we unable to connect it with google cloud to send emails. Google cloud has block the zoho port.
I used ZOHO as a CRM system in our company. This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management.
I can not connect zoho with google cloud.

We use it for monitoring the tasks on projects. It is not accepted by the develpers, therefore it needs a dedicated person.
Once it is setup, it is easy to enter new tasks.
The product is not easy to use. It requires a lot of administration. Filtireng on the level of the department or group of users is mission impossible.

Zoho CRM plays a key whole in our company when it comes to adding, calling, and monitoring prospect information in your database.
I like the way that it gave you to have full control of what to add or not to fill your contact database and its ability to be synchronized with many other calling apps.
Something it's given a lot of bugs - need to keep clearing cookies to fix some of them

All of my client information, stored in one giant encyclopedia of plan, benefit, and employer/employee data!
Loved the variety of available features, and just how much Zoho had to offer. Activity tracker across users was GREAT for monitoring productivity.
Can get very difficult to use certain features because too many fields dont have restrictions on how to use them, causing conflicting information when generating censuses from their site.

1.- Better organization in the administration of activities. 2.- Generate graphic reports to present at meetings. 3.- Improve the monitoring of customers and suppliers.
To start talking about Zoho CRM would say that it is balanced and easy, it is easy to use for anyone with little knowledge, an important feature I think the control of users by roles and permissions allows to access the system safely, it is interesting to follow contact and companies, the management of suppliers facilitates communication in the daily work of the company, another point in favor are the management of tasks, events and customer service as it facilitates tracking and not forget things, is Great Reports and graphs to know the state of the business in a visual and attractive way.
Although there are few things that I do not like about Zoho CRM, something that should improve is the support, since it does not have 7x24 support, which makes it difficult to solve any problem at critical moments. I feel a certain distrust when thinking that so many sensitive data of my sales are on the internet, a step that I am still giving.

Very reasonably priced, cloud-based, full-customizable CRM.
WE love the ability to customize everything. You can add modules and custom fields to every aspect and feature of the software. As a service company, it is important to have all of your customers data and idiosyncrasies in one place. Zoho CRM allows us to completely take control of how we store our customer information and how we access it.
Little things, such as not being able to sort the customer by last name, then first, it may confuse or not pick up key word searches as it normally does.

It offers an excellent interface very simple but fast, and in this way manages to get what many want in an email and it is simple, and a design by means of which everything is at hand.
I like that I can have an up-to-date database, tools for commercial and client tracking and the management and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
I really like this software, I do not have anything bad to say, there is nothing that I do not like so far, I will continue using it.

Using this app for CRM, chat, analytics, reward our customers and it been a game changer for us. Monitoring sales is another aspect we use this platform for.
Easy to customize CRM application. User friendly and real time information for better analysis. Highly customisable.
Mobile app is a bit sluggish. The formula field can be improved. I've used the admin dashboard a few times and there are lot of opportunities for it to improve. Overall, nothing major to dislike. It does the job well.

Overall great experience with tool options and services, effective for carrying day to day tasks and operations.
The application has very friendly UI and the service uptime is quite good for our organization network. I like the contact management features of Zoho, since we have a large group of teams in our company its easier for us to notify and manage these contacts with Zoho. Also the team support and customization needs were satisfactory.
There were a little glitched in the application during the initial stage of integration to multiple clients system through Zoho, but with the latest updates there seems to be no problems with it.

We started with the free edition and we realized that the product specs (CRM and Projects) where great so we start paying for the professional edition. Every time we ask for customer support we get a really fast and in depth solution. I totally support ZOHO
