Pros

They reach out regularly to make sure we are happy. Good communicators, flexible business solutions.
They were quick to respond, did not try to low ball our client and were generous to extend the discount an entire year. It's hard to find great partners/vendors like this, now-a-days.
The setup was easy and the customer service was helpful when I first set it up. The software is well supported.

Pros

I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
I love how quick it is to find out the customer segments you are looking for. This is super important when QA-ing software.

Cons

Then... they don't stop charging your card even after the ridiculous 3 months have passed ... *Another* charge comes in at the end of October.
It also takes quite some time to set up things properly to avoid alert fatigue.
Then she left, and when the rep couldn't get in touch with her, he switched our account to Auto Pay.

Cons

It is a bit expensive, but once over the sticker shock, you'll quickly see the value exceeds the costs.
It also charges by session, not unique users, so if someone comes back again after 30 mins, it counts as another session.
For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.
