Frustrating, after 6 months of being told change different setting and being passed around customer service representatives we were told the features we signed up for could not actually be provided.

We chose this software because it could sync inventory to many sales channels at a reasonable cost.

This system did a good job with inventory counts and has a nice pick list and order system.

There was alot of back and forth on it but by February 2022, I basically could not list any new product on that id at all becasue of it and they were still claiming it was ebay.

Please note that once you add your credit card, it is impossible to remove and they will keep taking money from your card withing sending any email or invoice.

I cannot begin to express the frustration I've experienced with this product and the lack of service that they provide.

Now we have to switch to a different inventory system.

I would like to customize dashboard to my liking to make the process easier to use in my day to day operation but there is no way to customize default filters or preferred view settings.

On a scale of one to 10 the support definitely score 10, as for the system for a ecommerce business which uses multi channels the price they charge with what they offer it is a serious -4, if the price was around £30pm then yea maybe a 4.

You get most features found in larger systems

This software has the capabilities and features that our online wholesale business needed that wasn't available with other software.

Their website claims that their software does EVERYTHING but it is just a lie.

Overall, Ecomdash has been a great inventory management system that allows us to sync across different marketplaces.

Sometimes the software isn't quick enough to send out an inventory update when we run out of stock.

I realize now that I should have downloaded that data and cleared the field before I started.   If I would have contacted Customer Service early on, I'm sure it would have been seamless transition.  

Worst of all the customer service is awful.

This only happened when we were selling a crazy amount of inventory per day, but it still needs to be kept in mind when considering this product.

Support doesn't really know what is Google Shopping listing nor could not help me except if I pay $$$ for support

It has helped save us a ton of money and control our process and customer experience completely.  

Ecomdash took all of the mystification out of inventory management.  

We went from using a 3rd party warehouse to doing it in-house.

I'm also considering branching out to other channels soon and I'm convinced this is program will work well for that too.
