Pros

The pleasure of sharing important content such as videos and graphics that I want to share in a comfortable, fast and secure way without any restrictions is invaluable.
Azure gives you the peace of mind of a super powerful machine with adequate storage for you to do your job.
Microsoft Azure is a great platform that provides secure and reliable data sources for our company which is very important. It is easy to use and very effective software.

Pros

I love the private note feature as well, we can suggest solutions to specialists working on solving an issue before it is escalated. Something else I liked about FS is their asset management utility.
The integration with email is good, and we really like the mobile app as it gives us a far better ability to respond when away from the desk than email alerts.
The interface is extremely user friendly, ticket management is far superior to the system we were previously using and the support has been fantastic so far.

Cons

In Brazil, being charged on a dollar basis is very expensive, it is difficult to pass this on to the customer. The recent 21% readjustment was abusive.
Also, if you forgot a DEV machine on over the night, with no need, you will be charged.
I received and email (turns out from a Bot) and this was ignored apart from a missed call from someone, who I then could not get hold of.

Cons

I placed 2 trouble tickets and I had my account suspended because I apparently was harassing them.
Difficult to note any dislikes on the application. Any issues we have are being considered for future upgrades.
Lack of Flexibiity to link with other products such as JIRA for example.

Simple online based ticketing solution

Cost effective online-based ticketing system with ease of setup.

Pros

Everything is hosted online and easily accessible via web browser or mobile app. FreshService provides a section for creating instruction guides and asset management. The platform is fairly easy to setup with our Microsoft Azure SSO environment. The support team is quick to respond and helpful.

Cons

There are only some minor interface annoyances. When initially loading tickets and attempting to scroll down, the screen keeps rolling back to the top. This keeps happening until the page fully loads and can take an extended period of time for lengthy tickets. Service Request items cannot be alphabetized (not sure why this is "by design"). The solutions guides have limited formatting so it takes extra time to create neat and proper formatting.
