Pros

I have been a huge fan of Microsoft Azure. The simplicity of being able to access your files from anywhere in the world and any device that has an internet connection is wonderful.
Azure Backup is a very good tool that has allowed the company to store and retrieve information easily. It is very important tool that is very cost effective and easy to maintain.
It's got wonderful customer support. Setting up Windows Server applications is a pleasure and I would definitely recommend Azure Storage to others.

Pros

We have used this product for a couple of years and the bug tracking system is brilliant. The user interface is very slick and having multiple team members managing tasks is seamless.
It can manage big projects which has multiple people working on it with ease. If you learn how to use this product properly, it has a very rich feature set to fulfill most requirements.
Jira offers great flexibility: it can be adapted to any custom workflow, and readily supports custom fields/attributes. Also has fantastic API support for external integrations.

Cons

Because Microsoft's service covers practically full-time operation, we no longer have to worry about malfunctions or offline structure.
Also, if you forgot a DEV machine on over the night, with no need, you will be charged.
Significantly more difficult to use compared to GCP and AWS. The UX/UI is flat-out terrible.

Cons

Usually, I am very critical and I am looking for something to criticize, but with this tool, I can't find even a small thing that is not valuable or is bad in any way at all.
The negative of this program is that it is not too intuitive at first glance and it is difficult to edit the data once they have been introduced, because it is very difficult to navigate.
There are also strange bugs or missing features that we have come across that are widely requested by a large number of users that seem to be stuck in the pipeline for years.

Microsoft Azure

Using Azure for managing work

Reviewed 4 months ago

For those working on large scale, intricate projects, better and more robust than Jira for work tracking, backlog refinement.

Pros

The layout of the backlog or sprints. It's nice to see the options of adding columns to see tags, iteration path, who the story is assigned to etc., I can easily email or download from each query. The navigation for overview, work items etc. is laid out very well, when switching between sprints, backlog, repos, pipelines artifacts.

Cons

The navigation/movement between teams, projects and other hugher level items is a bit clunky; you choose from drop downs. Yes, you can mark them as favorites, but then your list of favorites grows.

Jira

Among the top 5 best project management tools for Software Development

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

This is a pretty interesting and simple to use software platform by developers, testers & managers in the software industry. It is mainly adopted by teams following the agile methodology. The overall usability and user experience are unbelievable and the smoothness through which we can switch between different sections of the platform makes it a very usable product. It helps to create Scrum and Kanban projects as well as create and manage tasks, user stories, etc. by these teams. Developers can easily use GIT or TFS to check-in or commit data on the respective servers whereas testers can file relevant bugs or issues encountered for the relevant tasks under a User story. Overall, this is a great project management tool to use.

Cons

As compared to other platforms like Microsoft Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio Team Services), this tool doesn't provide much more features and support for functionalities. Anyone would prefer to use Azure DevOps as it is a complete DevOps solution as well as a Project management tool with decent pricing for corporates and also free pricing for a team of 5.
