I can see this tool to stay for long in the organisation. This has been our go to tool for every diagram, Process or flow charts for our presentations and reports.
Availability for icons shapes and modules to depict the proper services and infrastructure like aws, azure, firewalls, routers and vpcs
I haven't found anything that needs improvement as of now. The SSO let's us in in the click of a button and I really love that.

I use Lucidchart to complete assignments which sometimes involve creating UML diagrams and flowcharts. For personal use, I use it to create a schedule of the remaining courses I have to take. I am also fond of using it to create a weekly schedule if that week's workload is intense.
Easy to use, Has PDF export functionality, Many uses/premade charts, Easy to collaborate with others
Not being able to implement Luccidchart in Microsoft Office products other than Word

We do our business planning and process planing on this. Its nice to be able to do that on an ipad remotely from the office.
Love the interface and the flow of the interface. The cross platform capabilities and price point make this a preferred product over Vizio.
I like to keep my products within the Microsoft ecosystem which does not include this.

I have been using Lucid charts to do drawings and network diagrams. It is very easy to use and there are nearly thousands of templates and the drag and drop option has helped me in exporting files with ease in a matter of seconds. We can export to any required format, and it provides free integration with chat, calendar and mailing tools. We can add members by invitation and also automate this joining...
Integration with Microsoft apps are sometimes very time consuming and no other drawbacks as of now.

Had no issues using the software except the fact that I still need microsoft Powerpoint for the charts and graphs.

great diagraming tool and it's even better if you're familiar with Microsoft Visio. Easy to use, intuitive UI, amazing for sharing.

Good free alternative to Microsoft Visio with diverse flowchart set. Good compatibility with Visio as well.
Free version only recommended for simple diagrams; restrictions on chart complexity and number of worksheets need to be expanded.

I have used LucidCharts in both engineering classes and research. I have primarily used it to draw abstractions of digital circuits (a mix of boxes with ports, clouds, and digital logic gates). It would be nice if LucidCharts included a box shape with pins/ports with corresponding pin/port labels. This would make alignment and labeling much easier.
- Has a free version - Broad range of available shapes - Ease of use (usually better than Microsoft Visio)
When drawing digital circuits, I often have many box shapes which represent digital processing modules. I use text boxes inside these boxes to label the ports of these modules. It is often tricky to get the wires (connecting lines) to attach to all the text boxes (pin/port locations) at the same point. (It is not impossible, but it can be tricky.)

Lucidchart is much better than any Microsoft product and it being web based makes it perfect for people not tied to one PC.

An exceptionally easy application to use when creating mappings (e.g 8D incident maps) and diagrammes as it has the ability to easily copy, paste, automatically centre the boxes etc. The next best thing is the ability to collaborate with fellow peers and colleagues during the meetings & reviews. An additional point the data is saved in the "cloud' is I'm able to download into .pdf or other formats when required.
Easier to use compared to Microsoft Excel, Quick and easy to self learn. Provides the ability to collaborate.
So far I have not encountered any minus points with this application.
