Pros

Great support (the customer success team has been very helpful). Easy to initiate help requests through the chat window.
Workato also supports most of the popular apps like sheets, slack, smartsheet, jira, etc. It is great for us that have a developer background as we can make changes to the code to update recipes.
Price is awesome for us non-profit. I shared with them some improvements, and there was some adjustments at the beginning but overall it is totally worth it.

Pros

I absolutely love Stacker and I'm a strong believer of their team and leadership. Their innovation speed is impressive and I'm very curious on where they stand in a year time.
The ability to seamlessly integrate with Airtable. How easy it is to make changes to the layout, and the ability to have user roles/permissions.
Aside from the core "customizable web interface to airtable" (which is amazing) being able to assign roles for visibility and permissions is great.

Cons

The biggest challenge I have had working with Workato has been trying to figure out why an error has occurred.
Some of the integrations are seemingly still be tested by Workato. This can result in an inability to build certain integrations.
If you aren't using a pre-built recipe the learning curve can be a bit steep. If you have a failure find the error can be a bit complicated.

Cons

There is no way to filter dropdown menus. The activity feed doesn't do push notifications to email.
We used to send important docs via email. They would get lost, or buried down in the email chain, requiring rework.
There are some key features and functionality missing but these doesn’t concern me, as the stacker team is constantly gathering feedback and rolling out new features.
