Pros

They have made good upgrades to the system to help fit our needs and hopefully benefit their other users.
Customer and Tech support is excellent and Cust Relation Manager are very eager to help you. We are using xmatters for our critical Control M Alert function and so far our End Users are Happy.
I have had nothing but great communication, help, and training from the xMatters team. This software is excellent and easy to use.

Pros

I love how easy things are to customize. Things like adding an action button, a new ticket type, or a workflow are super easy.
Having worked in IT for many years NetHelpdesk is by far the best Service Management tool I have worked with and the support team are always happy to help and quick to respond to any queries.
Great experience overall, from initial configuration of our specific requirements, ease of use, through to fast and friendly support.

Cons

As a user, I find the interface to be extremely confusing, even frustration. Even after I've figured out how to do something, next time I need to do it, I have to re-figure out how.
Integrations have been somewhat challenging and professional services disappointing in the time required to get things done.
The one area which didn't work well was the phone alerts where the combination of American and English 'voices' gave a disjointed feel to the message.

Cons

However this is more a lazy comment than anything else. I tell a lie, there is one more thing that is a negative; it wont make me a cup of coffee.
We don't use all of the features we could, which can be frustrating.
Very little, other than limited native integration with other products that we utilise.
