Pros

During this time I have seen great improvements with the features and integrations. The quality of the product is superior to some of the other's that I've seen on the market.
And they continue to reach out to see if all our needs are taken care of... the best customer service I've ever had with a product like this. And the product is easy to use and works great.
Customer service at xMatters is fantastic, personally would like to call out Dane Q and Simta, they have been extremely helpful and responsive to my numerous queries.

Cons

Licensing can be somewhat costly and confusing, depending upon your needs.
Integrations have been somewhat challenging and professional services disappointing in the time required to get things done.
Apart from some initial issues with audio phone calls failing to deliver notifications, this is a service I can rely on and requires very little system administration.
