Pros

I like this product for the first use case. It's pretty reliable with notifying our channels through slack, which is has been a big operational gain for our internal teams.
We've used to set up fun Slack integrations - appreciate the ease in which a non-developer can create a Zap for their needs.
The idea behind this tool is pretty great. Automations that can be achieved can be very useful once you can get them working after jumping through the loops.

Pros

Cons

Some times it doesn't work without any warning. You just find out after you notice the end problem.
Support is answered fairly quickly, but you never get replies from the same person, so it really frustrating having to repeat yourself. The biggest problem is it doesn't work.
Zapier is difficult to understand (the specific lingo it uses can be confusing and not everything is very self-explanatory). It also requires some knowledge of coding.
