Great experience. Once you understand how it works, you can find thousands of applications. ONe of my favourites was doing a massive load of information from a Google Spreadsheet to Flokzu Cloud BPM with no coding at all. It worked great, fast and reliable.
Really nice helpers to build integrations, some of the complex. The connectors are great, helping a lot with the information required for the integration. Really huge set of connectors, from Twitter to Flokzu through Google Spreadsheets and Dropbox.
You really need to be some techie, it is not yet so simple to give it to a business user to integrate their applications. The free account is great, but the limitation in the number of zaps executed is too little.

Overall zapier helps us to automate our most of the work and save oir cost.
Every function of Zapier is my most liked, but there is one option that i liked very much is that it gives us cloud based email ID through which i can parse email data and automate that data to submit into Google Sheets, this saves our time amd cost.
There is nothing that i have experienced yet that i does not like in zapier.

Fantastic--super helpful keeping our client forms, cloud storage, and project management boards organised.
Fantastic integration solution. We absolutely had to find a way to automate most of our business backends--especially when onboarding new clients and setting up new projects. Zapier integrates with most (if not all) of our existing platforms--we it was super easy to connect each and get it up and running quick.
It's a very easy to use no-code solution--however, if you struggle to understand new technologies you may want to reach out for support to get it set up and running. If you'e familiar with other no-code tools, you'll be good to go from day one!

Automate information movements throughout cloud based software, minimizing the amount of human interaction required to operate digital-backed business
Allows you to easily create connections between cloud software that might otherwise not communicate. This way, information can be moved automatically without user input, creating chain reactions throughout different cloud-based software.
Can be complicated to set up, and things can break as cloud software updates their API connections. Does not have -everything-, but that is due to the fact that it is the cloud software company's responsibility to work with Zapier to setup the integration

Its a great product and it gets better and better every day, ease of automation and availability is really nice with widely used famous templates readily available.
Integration with 3rd party services alongside cloud vendors like Amazon
The complexity of learning another programming language and documentation is not great for Zapier.

I use it to connect Quickbase applications to Google Sheets Gravity Forms to Quickbase Quickbooks online to Airtable Email notifications turned into line items in Google sheets Works like a charm
It takes away the need for any programming skills normally needed to connect cloud-based applications via APIs.
Wish more connectors were available for smaller cloud-based applications. I use some more industry specific applications that are not on Zapier.

Works great, I will continue to rely on Zapier in the future.
It has many integrations that work flawlessly with the tools I use every day. It has made lead management very easy.
Some of the Google tool integrations just don't work. I have never been able to use the Google Analytics integration and get it to work.

We operate an airport shuttle from our campus hotel and needed a way to have submitted data dropped into Google Calendar as an event. Our shuttle drivers are then able to sign-up to take specific shuttles.
The fact that I can easily take data in Google Forms and Drop it as an event into Google Calendar
There is nothing that I dislike about this software.

I love Zapier!!! It makes integrations from social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to Google Spreadsheets or CRMs a breeze. USE IT!
Zapier may just be the love of my life. Setting up integrations between social platforms and CRMs is so easy. And the walkthrough is so nice! You literally can't set up the integration wrong because they have step by step questions you answer to set it up. Love love love love.
Sometimes the test leads they pull through for QAing won't include information for all of the required fields which makes it annoying to test, but it's not that big of a deal. Also my entire office has no idea how to pronounce Zapier so everyone says something different.

Many small business owners have to deal with mundane, repetitive tasks or data entry taking up a nice chunk of time. If the cloud based SaaS software used an application that Zapier can choose, then Zapier is an excellent way of setting up customized automation. Simple example I use it for: If an email contains this-that information, add a line into a Google Sheet. Excellent!
It can have a tedious learning curve to properly set up automations. Sometimes it just doesn't work the way you intend and generally - speaking for myself - the problem is something I have set up wrongly.

Overall, Zapier has been great with empowering our users to create their own cloud workflows without having developers create them.
Zapier is like the enterprise IFTT, its great at connecting the cloud services to each other with out having to directly interact with their api and the need to code.
Sometimes you are at the mercy of the available feature set for each cloud service within Zapier, so it can be difficult to create more complicated workflows.

I like that Zapier integrates with widely used softwares like google drive, google sheets and type form. I use type form daily and the integration really helps to easily get the information from type form to google docs.
Its a little confusing to set up, you have to mess around with it to really get what you want working. Also even though Zapier says its integrated with softwares it doesnt mean everything transfers over. For example with Typeform, there is a yes or no question format that doesnt transfer over to Zapier. You are left with either a 1 or 2 depending on the yes or no answer which is very confusing.

I like this program because you can link your Google Form to a Google calendar and have it automatically enter your dates.
It's somewhat difficult to set up, but once you understand all of the columns, the program is set and works like a dream!

Zapier was CRITICAL to our success of patching together multiple software / functionality to make forms work so that we could pull them from our website into our CRM system to send appt reminders and segment our audience. Very intuitive and easy to use.
I was never able to get their google integration to work. For example - I wanted to port data into a Google Sheet and it never worked - always got error messages.

Automating calls from Marketing Automation software and tying up timelines in Google Analytics is really powerful. Creating Google Sheets of logs from API calls, that can be reviewed/analysed monthly
The interface is really intuitive, and the way the Zaps (API calls) interact with each other is flawless - if there is ever a data problem, it always lies with one of the in-out APIs rather than with Zapier. The feature that allows you to modify data in between the input and output stages is super-powerful, using RegEx and Boolean qualifiers.
The capability of Zapier is limited by the information that the input/output APIs supply, and sometimes those limits mean that a much heralded connection between two APIs is not as great as it sounds, although this is not really Zapier's fault. A 2 way sync would be good, some of Zapier's competitors do this well

I don’t think that there are anything regarding functionalities that I’d mention here. Maybe Zapier could add more platforms to its ecosystem.

I use it to integrate Manychat to Google Sheets for store information for my E-commerce business. I use it to integrate my Amazon account to Google Sheets for save the invoices .
I love the simplicity of the program, you have to learn how to use it, there is a lot of information there, but I recommended to start to see Zapier channel on Youtube. The program allows you to integrate with Microsoft programs and many others. The program itself is a little tricky and it takes time to learn how to use it, but when you understand your goal in the program and what you actually need from her to do, it's easier to work with her. The program also shows you every time if the connection is good between the software .
The price is a little bit high if you going to use it all the time for many Zaps, but it's totally worth it . This is the only cons I found, and I used it a lot.

Overall it's been a good experience with a little work and some imagination you can really save yourself a lot of time using this product.
This has been a great tool for interconnecting systems that do not normally talk on their own. It allows on prem to talk to the cloud and cloud to talk to on prem and cloud to talk to other clouds. It is fantastic. We are able to run automations and trigger events that trigger flows and other programs all automatically now that would have taken a person before. You can save yourself a lot of time with this product.
The cost is the biggest drawback to it. And the second thing would be allowing it into your on prem systems if you are the paranoid type.

So may cloud applications out there and it is impossible to get all features in one box. Enter Zapier. The missing link between applications.
All the features. Ease of use. I like the fact that there are so many integration pairs and Zapier keeps on updating as new apps come along.
To be honest, I don't have anything negative to say about Zapier. I've been using this for more than 4 years and I don't see me moving away from it in a couple of years more.

I find Zapier an essential part of setting up ticketing systems and making sure that google forms are not missed. We use the responses from google forms to be used in ticketing scenario
I love that they have so many different apps that you can integrate with. We use it to help automate ticket creation and make templates for typical requests. I love how easy it is and it just works.
I dislike that there are so many steps to get it set up but once it is set up I don't ever touch it.
