Pros

This just one example we have a lot of useful automations like this one and we’re so happy with zapier.
Overall, I would recommend Zapier. It has a tiered buying system so you can choose the amount of caps that work best for your business making it a great option for both small and large businesses.
It is so simple to use and the benefits are awesome on the same tasks I had to do over and over again.

Cons

On going nightmare - ZAPs stop working by themselves, no support and here we have live API system not working.
Of course, the explanation was unclear and so does the Manychat. Both sides would not be able to give me an answer to integrate them which is disappointing.
It sometimes stops without you knowing, and unless you login into the software everyday to check, you wouldn't know if there's an error or it just decided not to run.
