Excellent Cloud access to innovative technologies and great integration with third-party solutions and also for support multiple languages.
For most users that have no coding background it this can provide limits as DELGUGE can be difficult to learn.
If you are using other elements of the Zoho suite there are good integrations and Creator would be great for adding functionality for the likes of first-line workers in the organisation.
Form loading goes from seconds to minutes. These are serious problems that made me wish I had stuck to using Zoho strictly as a prototype.
For the people who are planning to develop software is really useful it helps you get everything organized and reminder about the deadlines which ensured productivity and help you to get more revenue.
The limited features working offline or in patchy network areas was a huge problem.
It is what you put into it. I'm happy with mobile access through the web and endless customization abilities.
In spite of the shortcomings I have expressed, I still wouldn't hesitate to deploy Zoho again in another enterprise.
With Zoho Creator, I can build any kind of applications in a very short time. Very easy to use and a lot of possibility to extend the application with some easy development.
What not to take away from the team Zoho, so this is an excellent technical support. The guys came to help at any time of the day and night, explained the nuances, helped to set up the project.

Very suitable tool for fast apps where native mobile app capabilities are not required. This app is very poplar, has very good documentation and some good third party libraries.
Also the setup process for a new team member once your app is large enough gets stupidly complicated.
I love Angular and therefore love that Ionic uses the Angular platform. Ionic is very intuitive for an Angular developer.
Occasionally there is a problem with integration, but nothing that can't be solved, there are messages like "Scrolling problem" after deploying some features.
I like the fundamental idea of a common javascript codebase for all our front end apps. I like Angular so it's a match made in heaven.
It's a handful to install and configure, both on Android and iOS. Did not make it easier with a beta release installed of Xcode.

I have accurate reports, solid information and feel confident in my presentations because of the ability to have reports at my fingertips.
But if we had to go this alone, we'd never have endured.
Analyst in the utility industry, I was impressed with the ease of use of the Kintone product and the ability to come up to speed to develop a useful program.
There is some functionality missing that I need for the vision I have for our database.
Very easy to use; can pretty much do anything we need. Great community that shares info and customer support is great.
I have attempted group set ups & have had access granted and restricted where it was unintended.
Their team understands our needs quickly and are super helpful in figuring out solutions that work.
This reflects the shift in our local population, but it wasn't until we had more data in Kintone that I could see our assumption was wrong.
Kintone reduced our paperwork and provided a platform to share information across our organization. Very happy that we are on it now.

Also, it was wonderful not to have our contacts pressuring us trying to UP-SELL and add on more costs and services.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.

Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.

What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.

It's hard to create an app builder that does it all and keeps up with technology advancements. Unfortunately, I think there is app fatigue out there.
The training documentation available on the Platform is very useful is motivated enough to master this very fascinating App Builder Platform.

It seems lack of unit tests to their products. For example, some correct Excel equations could be messed up for some reasons which may scare users.

The ease of use and ease or ability to set up forms to how your company wants them is great. Forms were developed to easily add photos and updates to progress.
I have found that it is often frustrating to approach support with a problem because when reporting a problem the question might not be clear until deep into the support conversation.
Great for tracking how the safety programs is being followed and a great tool for follow up.
All the forms that used to show up in my inbox out of the blue have disappeared and now only show up in my email. This is a problem since now I can't edit them anymore.
My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager.
The software is a little confusing and hard to setup.
A true measure of success- satisfied salespeople. That's a great accomplishment.
Setting up destinations, documents, etc. Very confusing unless you're doing it on a consistent basis.
Plus, Prontoforms customer service is amazing. There is never a wait when I call and they either resolve the issue/question right away or follow-up shortly.

The most frustrating thing I felt was a lack of support for in built formulas and variables in the calculator function. Their calculator needs a lot of improvements.
It's so easy to use and I was able to build my custom business application without any coding required. The support team is also super helpful and they were able to help me with any questions I had.
The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization.
I am a user of Formaloo because honestly, compared to other alternatives on the market, its price is much lower and its quality is very good. In terms of functionality, Formaloo is very solid.
I duplicated one of the forms I already made and used. Formaloo also duplicated the responses and all of the data, which was a pain because I changed some of the form questions.
The free version is pretty powerful and allows you to test its validity before buying. Demo with team was helpful in answering my advanced questions.
It should only present the box when I try to leave the form.
Quick and easy to set up. I was thrilled that in under an hour of logging into Formaloo for the first time I had a professional, working form to deploy.

I was responsible to always compare the code before applying on production and BuddyWorks allows me to save time every day. Your interface is beautiful and easy to use.
Might miss some integrations, or some integrations that weren't really up to speed with the average.
With Buddy I was able to consolidate my deployment tools, and save money. The platform is super intuitive and more powerful than what we were using previously.
Complicated build are failing randomly (with multiple additional serwices) without logs - cannot investigate why. It occurs as on machine on 20G memory as also on 60G (guys are working on that).
Buddy was easy to setup and training to our employees was quite easy, we are slowly adding all our existing solutions to buddy and felt like the process was quite easy.
There is no proper documentation or training videos on this tool.
Can deploy sites from version control with ease, real awesome.
It shows overall that the pipeline is passed but it do not shows that some of the executions were failed.
I like the concept of pipelines. As i am a quality assurance engineer so i integrated the pipeline of my automated test cases with the pipeline of the app.
The simpleness of the system. So it is very nice to work with.
YML is fine, but being able to tie in all these steps with a visual pipeline editor/builder, is a treat and I thoroughly enjoy using it.

It’s feels like 1990 MySpace you have to build it out like we kids with nothing to do but hook up our myspace page. So if you like that then its cool.
It is very bad to send an email with the name of an unconfigured company just because it has a simple caret.
Quick & easy to understand- very intuitive. Quickbase support- Their Customer Care team is outstanding and there's a wealth of information available through the webinars, help, knowledge base etc.
Dull user interface can be intimidating for newbies.
If you looking for a solution that gives you a flexible solution that you can develop your own solution and at a cost effective price, it's worth taking Quickbase for a spin.

This is a web-based client and not downloadable software, so that gets a bit annoying if I accidentally close a window. Tutorials on the website also need to be update to match the current version.
If you are a designer and want to make your web design "live", this is the tool you need. Smooth learning curve (with help of an amazing knowledge base and a very active & supportive community).
There customer service is non-existent, I had numerous situations where there was a bug or I was stuck and there was literally no way of solving it.

It's an amazing software. It's simple, easy to set up, and for its price, they have a great customer service support which is one of the most important things when buying new software.
It annoys me the most that I can not program. That I do not speak any programming language and thus can not exploit the full potential of NInox.
As I announced in my title of this short review I would point out the excellent support of users/customers: Short response time, friendly, useful and really giving help.
You cannot actually do much with your data, no real integration outside of Ninox. Poor implementation of report design and printing which exposes too much to the end user.
Absolutely the best of its kind - it's improved our workflow overnight. Customization is perfect.
The inability to send invoices with a template message.
Its ease of use, its simplicity, versatility, processing speed, is really friendly. I liked the new capabilities with the new version of IOS 11.0.
Having customer support in Germany is a bit of a pain and can make for long turnaround times and translation issues for problem resolution.
The software itself is great, it's very easy to get going with your own database and set it up suited to your needs. However the real value for me has been the customer service and support.
The community is very helpful and also the support of Ninox helps everyone quickly with his problems. I have never before experienced such excellent support with any other software.
Ninox is easy to set up and has a lot of features you only find in much more expensive products. It is easy to use and as a Macintosh user since '84 that is an important feature what counts for me.
Now it has task-management, time-registration and accounting implemented. I even set up a team with 2 different companies to make them benefit from my work on Ninox.
I like that the software is resident and not fully cloud-based. I use it without a subscription since i am the only user, so it only costs me the time to set up or adjust a table.
Relative ease of use, but most of all the cloud integration and having several people able to access and update it at the same time.
I think this is the biggest plus that anyone can learn Ninox. Another advantage is that it works on all platforms and I don't have to adjust the input masks for the Ipad.
The ability to access in the field is a game changer.
A quick "create view", and I had a kanban view of SOWs expiring in 30, 60, 90 days. The platform is very flexible and the REST/API is a huge plus for me.

I really love Caspio, The Customer Service is wonderful, it is an easy application to get up to speed on and provides so much benefit.
Worst experience ever in 20 years of IT procurement. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Caspio was great to use. It took us very little time to learn it and we were able to build a secure database that provides great information to our students.
When we need to do condition assessment of field asset and we have no network connectivity, we all end up frustrated with the platform regardless whether Caspio is to blame.
When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.
It is flexible enough to allow you to build literally any kind of application you want from simple to complex, which is powerful and liberating.
In this respect, Caspio has played out an important and critical role by offering a reasonably priced and powerful platform to them.

I love it's customizability, the app exchange, and the Salesforce Community. The app exchange is great for free (or sometimes paid) solutions to add to your Salesforce instance and its capabilities.
Just after logging in, the wait time is considerably higher than Classic's and is very annoying to sit around while it loads with the latest update's mascot watching your frustration.
It is very user friendly, offers great customization, and is great when it comes to keeping all tasks organized and on track.
The only negative aspect of the platform is the cost. It can be restrictive for smaller projects and when I need to add more users/managers.
The clear sections and adaptability of the platform is really amazing. Its hopeful that its shortcomings will be taken care of in the near-future releases.

I do not think this version of Salesforce and layout is functional at all. It is actually much more difficult to maneuver than the regular Salesforce classic platform.
I love the new layout of Lightening vs. Salesforce Classic. The homepage really helps me focus on my tasks at hand, and I find Sales Path to be extremely useful.
Once I was forced to use lighting and got used to it. I don't know why I was punishing myself using the other view.
Seems to work great at integrating the entire company. Love the customization tools.

I love the reporting helps to realign resources rapidly to really grow.

I love the new layout of Lightening vs. Salesforce Classic. The homepage really helps me focus on my tasks at hand, and I find Sales Path to be extremely useful.
Once I was forced to use lighting and got used to it. I don't know why I was punishing myself using the other view.

I love it's customizability, the app exchange, and the Salesforce Community. The app exchange is great for free (or sometimes paid) solutions to add to your Salesforce instance and its capabilities.
Just after logging in, the wait time is considerably higher than Classic's and is very annoying to sit around while it loads with the latest update's mascot watching your frustration.
It is very user friendly, offers great customization, and is great when it comes to keeping all tasks organized and on track.
The only negative aspect of the platform is the cost. It can be restrictive for smaller projects and when I need to add more users/managers.

GeneXus being a low code platform has allowed us to remain lean thus reducing overhead without suffering productivity losses.
Because of its high cost, small and medium-sized organisations may find it difficult to deploy. The supporting material is appalling.
We currently carry out web and mobile development with great agility, we consider that we are 300% more efficient and faster compared to development with traditional tools.
Documentation does not help to solve problems and is sometimes insufficient.
It allows you to design, develop, maintain and extend your business application much easier and faster, in a higher quality and more flexibility, from the scratch up to complex applications.
It is an excellent choice for developing software quickly.

The ability for FileMaker to talk to anything else on the internet is just amazing. It has help our business grow quickly without the overhead and everyone just loves what it can do.
Integrating FileMaker in other applications or a custom applications is hard and frustrating. The documentation of its API is hard to read and integrations with Claro Connect are limited.
It can integrate with nearly any web service that has a Rest API. FileMaker has a fantastic community of developers that are willing to share and help each other.
If it's SQL there doesn't seem to be a problem but to other ODBC access such as Microsoft Access (.accdb files) the access seems to be a bit more difficult.
We have dashboards for departments to only show what they need and it is very helpful. Windows and apple products both can be used on the same database, which is awesome.
Support on the phone told us to disregard these mails, and, lo and behold, the service was in fact terminated in spite of our months of trying to pay them.
The easy and stable way to use it and improve it daily, as you want.
But year by year it got more difficult to keep up with it's upgrades and changes. Finally, we abandoned it for a mix of integrated special-purpose tools that do what we want.
I instantly fell in love with this humble but powerful software.
Filemaker has allowed me to create what I need myself. Without hiring or outsourcing, I was able to save a great deal of money.
My favorite part about this software is the amount of things you can accomplish using it.
I find the customization of FileMaker to be the key to its success. With some software development knowledge, I can set it up how I'd like it and maintain it for a low overall cost.

It's great that everything on the mobile app side is handled by MobiLoud, even with frequent updates from Apple and Google. Overall very happy and satisfied.
Getting rejected by Apple and Google a few times was frustrating.

It is a bit of a struggle if you are using caching software with your WordPress implementation.
The integration with my Wordpress site was pretty seamless and the MobiLoud team did a great job helping me set it up. They were very responsive to questions when I needed help.
We had some trouble getting various websites which we own to show in the app.
The tool is quite easy to install and the manufacturer helps you with the initial installation. A very good solution if you don't have much money to spend on app development.
There are a few design limitations that have no workarounds just yet.
Working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the other members of MobiLoud has been very good. They are responsive to my questions and feedback.

We had some trouble getting various websites which we own to show in the app.
The tool is quite easy to install and the manufacturer helps you with the initial installation. A very good solution if you don't have much money to spend on app development.

Bigazi means great comfort. I am very pleased to use Bigazi as it is a profitable platform.
We have no choice because our partner company uses it. This creates cases if you click anywhere accidentally , you won't be able to delete it.calling it will still be in your profile.
He saved us time and money by using his bots to speed up mundane tasks. My experience with Bizagi is excellent, it is really the most important part of my work that I enjoy very much.
No inheritance - so you end up doing things over & over again. No variables - everything needs to be an entity attribute.
The product is very reliable and the support team is always responsive and available for help. Documentation is extensive.
Sometimes, especially if you add specific scripting code you get an error.
The architecture of the platform is well-suited. The software has many features like great integration features like web services and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to name a few.
The only thing that I don't like that much about Bizagi is that some functions are a little hard to find.
