CData from a sourcing perspective was very easy to work with and are a great help in looking to the future and not just the present.
I am not aware of any missing product features.
Integration was seamless. The business owners at Open Text that use CData are very happy with how the product works.
All date columns are messed up, it adds/removes hours arbitralali.
It's a great tool when implementing new data pull since it has large number of Data Connectors ,Easy to use and Pull data in fraction of seconds.
That said, this hasn't ever really been a hindrance. We have it installed on a server machine which I can remote access from various workstations.
It does not require deep technical knowledge on how to deploy this. The support team was very helpful during deployment.
I think that is more a limitation of the Sage50 UK API. We now extract our Sage50 UK data with ODBC and then run an incremental load using CData Sync every 15 minutes.
The right solution if you want to "Synchronize.
Set it up once and requires minimal maintenance. Pricing based on the number of connections makes CData better than competitors.
Simple to use and very powerful for building your data warehouse.
I've been using Cdata Sync for a few months and the experience has always been positive. Surely the investment paid off in no time.
Easy to use to integrate apis and data services.
Taking into accounts cost and maintenance, CData Sycn provided the most effective way to bring the Saas database into our on premises Data Warehouse.

Pros and Cons from Segment users

Segment is great - great support & documentation. It's very reliable, covering all your third-party integrations.
Certain resolutions to bad data were a challenge to make work.
Easy to setup, great customer support, excellent choice of services, simply amazing.
No matter how much I emphasize the urgency, they'll send 1 reply a day, with the most useless information and ask the same basic questions over and over and over again.
Good experience overall. A great out of the box and flexible solution.
The most difficult part of Segment was when we wanted to track more granular data, such as user identities/emails.
Setting new events is easy and the software is very intuitive. The real-time debugger view is super helpful during software development.
Not all connections are intuitive and the UI makes it hard to find payload information and logs.
Segment is a wonderful tool for us due to its intuitive interface, extensive documentation, and ability to debug events.
Also the Segment interface is well designed and easy to navigate. The settings for your Destinations are all clear and laid out, so you can make changes effortlessly.
Ease of use and great software for marketing analytics.
The ability to easily connect disparate sources of customer data. The ease of adding sources and destinations with or without native integration with Segment.
The ability to insert third-party snippets on our site through Segment. The pricing structure of charging by usage rather than by seat, making it easy to increase adoption across the org.
Easy to use and has great customer service and support.
Great experience, easy integration, saves a lot of time when working with multiple analytics services.
Great for integrating product with multiple products and extending over time.
We have many systems, this allowed us to finally combine all our information and use it in places like automated email.
Hundreds of integrations (and, with the recent Zapier integration, millions of possible combinations). Easy to understand pricing.

Views automatic materialization is great and enable me to create very complicated views without considering runtime. Support representatives are very responsive and usually very helpful.
Tricky renewal process and absolute inflexibility. Charged us for an additional 12 month contract for unused product after auto-renewal.
The speed to solution is a big win for us. We were able to get a full data pipeline up in running in less than half a day.
Materialization processes have some problem sometimes (downtime) and are not visible properly on the platform.
They are always on top of it. I also like the materialized views functionality and our custom integration with Twilio.
Organizing folders can be difficult if you didn't plan ahead because you can't select more than one at a time. Also difficult to search for information and it is slow when going in and out of folders.
I like that it is easy to use. It is incredibly easy to navigate around.
Never worked for us, management incredibly rude and confrontational.
I am working with Geographical data that has latitudes, longitudes and a variable I am trying to analyze. This is a great tool to have for such data structure.
The biggest con I can think about is the lack of built-in visualization tools. At the moment if you want to see your data visually you must use an external software.
Panoply is the best investment we have made so far.
Not only we are saving money from other un-managed solutions, but we are also saving from the development and maintenance time required to build an in-house solution.
It allows you essentially to browse without using strict SQL queries. As we are trying to integrate the product for use with our non technical team, this is incredibly important.
The support team behind Panoply is very helpful.
Panoply is very easy to set up and entirely obfuscates the ETL process.
We've used the on-site chat function to get immediate help. We've also submitted questions through traditional routes like email.
Easy to setup, with minimal technical skill required.
Panoply is easy to use and doesn't require a lot of work to get started.

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
It was a mess trying to get it set up. Initially it was set up with separate paid spaces and then trying to get everything onto an enterprise plan was a huge headache.
It has a great community of users with helpful suggestions and awesome ideas. Using one such idea I hooked up Airtable to Slack using Zapier and built custom notifications for myself.
You pay by user per workspace, so that means if you have teams that work in more than one area, you would need to pay for them twice.
I'm a spreadsheet nerd, so I was really excited when I discovered Airtable. It's a database in the form of a spreadsheet and I'm continually amazed by its capabilities.
Collecting projects data like status, phone numbers, etc is easy. IFTTT integration is one of the best features because I will save a lot of time.
We loved the ability to customize our bases for just about any situation.
Love what it can do and helps visually add some appealing colour to data.
Airtable is a researcher's best friend. In addition to being easy to use, it has many options for customization and configuration of the database.
Beautiful Interface and great project management tool.
Airtable is a great inexpensive option to use. If you are on a budget, and don’t want to spend money for a program this should be your go to.
I like the fact bthat it seemed organized and simple. User friendly interface and easy to read the cpontents.
A beautiful task board with powerful integrations.
Very good value for money. Practical, inexpensive and quick way to implement a system for internal use.

The availability of this tool is fabulous and configuring setting up clusters is done in minutes. Also, the performance of this service is amazing, be it in any region, across the globe.
It is charged in dollar which makes it very expensive for people living in countries where the local currency is weak compared to the US dollar.
Ease of being able to access the information or saved documents of high importance. Love the fact you can connect with others and build great relationships with.
I dislike that it causes me to worry about privacy in regards to anything I upload. You never truly know where it's going or who has access when it goes to the cloud.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is. It is also very reliable and consistently just works.
Navigation on the pages can be confusing at times and some information is not updated for the latest version.
I have a very nice and professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, because I build and invest in my cloud with full confidence. Because I know that my content is fully secure and safe.
It can be quite expensive compared to other providers. It won´t have the same hardware performance as a bare metal server and might be costly if you are looking to get the same performance.
I enjoyed the learning process and I will most definitely consider this software moving forward. I'm very happy to have taken advantage of the free trial.
I really like the free tier of the many softwares and the easy integration of, for example, App engine. The sync with Firebase is awesome too.
I is just what I was looking for, I am able to store projects and open them on several devices seamlessly. I wish I had found this software sooner its great.
The thing that I like most about this software would be the ease of access and the ease of use for the user.
Things are very well managed, I use BigQuery to analyse the data. Things are great there, the integrations/options are great.
Great customer support and easiness of implementing the apps. I was part of installing and support of SAP applications in GCP and I had good experience.
It´s a great platform with excellent network performance and scalability.
Google Cloud Platform is really a best platform that offers incredibly amazing cloud computing services. You can build apps and websites fasters.
It is easy to use and cost effective to ensure things are backed up.
Customer support is the best. Web-based console to manage your account.

I love that the tool is so easy to use and it turns data into a manageable and easy to digest appearance. It manages to make data fun to look at, and it's really easy to work with.
I'll say that it was really frustrating to use in the beginning, it is complex and if you've never been in it before it is overwhelming.
I also like the fact that the company is always striving to improve their software as it shows dedication to the field. With every update I find that the new features help with my job quite a lot.
Due to my lack of familiarity in how to code, I was uncomfortable at first and found it difficult to learn.
Linking existing databases works like a charm. It has a plethora of data visualization methods which is extremely professional and helpful for users to gain valuable insights.
What is even more annoying is that it also takes several minutes to cancel a query. I really don't understand how it can take that long just to cancel a query.
One of Tableau's greatest advantages is the ability to connect to many different data sources and combine them into one nice dashboard where users can find the necessary information.
Tableau can be extremely painful to set up, especially if you are setting it up in your own cloud or on-prem.
You can see an overview of your data as soon as you upload them and you have many fantastic options to visualize your data for better interpretation.
It is easy to get started and there is a ton of free training available. The pool of users is great and the community is very helpful to new and existing users.
When all is set after implementation, the dashboards actually look really good and are of beautiful designs.
I really like what Tableau provides as a service, and it's a really good data processing alternative that I would highly recommend.
Overall is this a very user friendly software with a ton of amazing features.
It's a great product if you can afford it, it has a lot of data connections, Unlimited data connectors , Live and in-memory data, great dashboards, Drag-and-drop integration.
This is an extremely budget friendly professional tool that is perfect for organizing undergoing a digital analytical transformation.
The design aspect is good and easy to refresh and upload data. I like how there's a community form to ask questions.
Tableau is a very widely used visualization software with a good population of business user having familiarity. It is easy to use and integrates well with most of the data sources.
Overall, Tableau is worth the money if you are looking to bridge the gap between project performance and data analytics.

The backup schedule is nice to have. It's nice to see the alerts, details of alerts, and suggestions for resolution.
The only nitpick I can think of is the Flash based interface. The UI can sometimes become sluggish due to our large VMware infrastructure.
Brilliant solution, cost effective. The product is easy to implement and works just as good as advertised.
Reclaiming process stops repository operativity and takes long time on big space repository. Frequent Onboard transporter errors, takes us to operate manually to fix it.
I love how easy is to use this tool, it provides good functionalities in a good relation cost-Benefits.
But if i have complains i'll leave a new comment.
Highly customize licensing options for each and every type of workload, easy to install and configure makes it a clear winner on the scale of ease of use.
Nakivo platform is one stop shop for all of our backup and DR needs.
Also, when we need Nakivo support, the support team always is available and ready to help. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good experience with Backup and Replication Jobs.
Overall experience has been pleasant. The vendor/support team are good to work with and prompt to respond.
The product is ease of use with a good menu driven layout. The product integrates intoour business with ease and does not take a lot of maintenance.
Easy backups and replications that help keep us safe and secure. Ability to store locally and in cloud is a plus.
It is the best, excellent product, fantastic company and extraordinary support.
Easy to deploy software, which is suitable for all of our customers. We like the possibility to run it as a downloadable virtual appliance.
Easy of use and good price, good integration with QNAP NAS.
Powerful and dependable with super intuitive interface.
Easy configuration, best prize (for me). The installations is a very simple and intuitive.
I like the excellent rates for data compression allowing to use backup repository far beyond actual capacity.

I like how the software allows me to do my data analysis with ease, as compared to STATA, which requires a great deal of practice and knowledge in order to use it effectively.
The only downside to XLSTAT is it’s lack of flexibility. Not a lot of data manipulation functions.
My favorite thing about the XLSTAT programs is the ease of use and the amount of benefit one can gain from this program as a business student.
The explanation of the staistical results is poor and incomplete. The annual subscription is quite expensive.
I use this software for statistical analyses for all my research and publications; it is easy to use right 'out of the box', has the functionality I need, and the customer service is outstanding.
This is a shame as most of my colleagues in biomedical research prefer Prism just because of these graphs that can be modified and edited easily.
I like the software and would recommend it if you don't code and want a relatively simple and inexpensive Excel-based solution.
Limited to initial processing of data. Not for high level computations.
The tutorials on the websites is helpful. Their customer service is exceptional and they are very responsive.
This tool is amazing for beginner level statisticians. Ease of use and user-friendly handles.
Relatively easy to use and good value for money. The fact that XLStat uses Excel as the main platform is an advantage.
With XLSTAT the computer does the job so easily. So far the experience has been awesome.
What I like about XLSTAT is its integration with EXCEL, which makes it very easy and intuitive to use.
I have used the add-in in Excel to analyze different kinds of data and make inference from them. Overll, it is a great tool.
The Best Statistical Software to Sensory & Consumer Insights.
The entire research team that I work with has adapted XLSTAT into our everyday work lives. It has allowed us to gather very sufficient and strong statistic analysis of data.
Integration with R software is a strength as well.
XLSTAT is an absolute winner for those, who started to work with Excel, but do not want to switch to other statistical software programs - the interface, the spreadsheets are familiar.

I like that it is user friendly and cost effective relative to alternatives. Also excellent customer service.
UX seems boring and outdated. Cannot set viewing restriction for single file.
Firmex is the perfect solution at a great price point for our virtual data room needs.
Few cons, but select users have had trouble receiving Firmex automated emails due to spam filters.
It is an essential service used for mid market m&a. Overall experience has been great, with exceptional customer service and ease of use.
Had to replicate file uploads each time; no tag to put same file into different folders automatically.
We use firmex internally for our staff in addition we use Firmex to send documents to our customer. Its user friendly and easy to navigate once you have been granted access.
Highly limited functionality and user analytics.

The team member was fantastic, friendly, professional and within 5 minutes had explained what I needed to do. Overall I am very pleased with this product for the use case I outlined above.
I had a few syncing problems because of a Mailchimp's restriction, which did not allow us to update the contact.
Overall, PieSync worked great for us and saved us a lot of time doing exports/imports daily. The functionality and concept are great and most everything worked very well.
One frustration was that there are a lot of properties that couldn't be synced or mapped how we wanted.
I like being able to see the statistics of everything. I love that everything syncs to our CRM system super quickly.
Sadly, it only synced the contacts and left me to manually sync the rest.
Their customer service has been amazing any time I needed help.
Lack of duplication, so setting it up for multiple users is time consuming but I guess you only have to do it once.
Overall I have had a great experience and would highly recommend.
I'm loving PieSync and its ease of use for setting up. The logic is uncomplicated and easy to understand.
PieSync was the solution and even though it isn't the cheapest service out there, it is extremely effective and easy to set up.
I like the ease of use for syncing my contacts and monitoring my email campaigns.
We needed an agile sync platform between Outreach and Hubspot. PieSync free trial made it incredibly easy to get started, confirm that it performed as needed, and transition into a paid subscription.
PieSync was easy to set up, and since we use Hubspot, its direct integration with HS was nice.
The team have been great. My questions were answered quickly without long delays from automated email responses.
I had a chat with the customer care; they were ready and quickly on the response and find out a workaround to fix it.
Easy to Setup and had an integration into Connectwise from Hubspot.
I was shy to pull the trigger thinking I can just manually update things once a month to save money.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.
They continue to build more connectors to make seamless integrations even easier and expand the platform's capabilities to increase it's flexibility and ease-of-use.
Sisense is a fantastic tool that rivals just about any other name in the game.
Sisense's customer success team is great and will make sure you quickly see the value of their product through a customized onboarding process.
It easy to use, both on the data modelling and dashboard design aspects. It makes it the perfect tool to quickly set up added value dashboards and begin your shift towards understanding your data.
Great dashboarding tool, very easy and quick to implement.
Clean UI that integrates well in our product (whitelabel). Powerful whitelabel features.
Overall a good experience. We are in the phase of introducing Sisense company-wide.
Thanks to Sisense, we offer a complete libary of dashboards and even allow clients to create their own dashboards.
The flexibility and ease of use for the end user. Moreover the data manipulation capabilities that procides the Dashboard Designers.
In most companies, it is typical do a month-over-month revenue comparison (or just period vs. another period). Sisense makes it very easy to visualize that.

It's very easy to use and it's wonderful for sharing files in a secure way, and it's good with email integration.
It is too slow and will taking too much time for a large files thus making me frustrating more when the process get interrupted and had to repeating the same process again.
It's very user-friendly, easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. They are always offering free webinars to help you get the most out of their product.
Difficulty paying for subscription and You cannot view your profile if the Internet connection is lost.
Their customer service is outstanding. If you have a question of any kind, they are always available to answer questions and offer solutions as to how to get the most out of this software.
Several users editing on the same file simultaneously might be annoying if no one's effort overrides the others when saving the file.
Benefits include: Secure file sharing and collaboration tool. Support is great and is inclusive in subscription.
We no longer need to organize paper or have to scan documents to keep an electronic copy.
The features offered and the security makes it a great product. There are integrations available with other products to further extend functionality.
As a Citrix product it carries the usual value for the price, ease of use, and reliability you can expect from them.
I love that we can upload files that all of our remote and in office employees can quickly have access to.
Excellent way to get my work done and approved. Saves me lots of time and reduce my stress when I require immediate approvals on files.
We also love that we can create specific folders for our clients to upload any of their files to that would be too large to send via email.
Ease of use and secure file transferring system.
Citrix ShareFile simple interface makes it great for file sharing.
Sharefile makes it easy to work on documents across teams, it's possible to create different structures for different teams, and to share documents across locations.
Citrix is an easy to use tool that allows to:- Share files with external parties.
It is easy enough to use and has a lot of features. We wanted more security and one program all in one.

The customer service is very responsive, you can keep in touch by just leaving a message in the chat window. It is a very affordable solution for the creation of sophisticated reports with ease.
Customer support is awful. The company is based in India and getting someone to respond is a trial, let alone having a chat.
The tool has been very helpful in generating project reports, integrating data and allowing our operation team to gain greater insight into our client's needs.
Some of the settings are cumbersome. I have been having trouble with widgets, and getting Dashboards to update/sync with graphs when their source data is changed.
It has been very helpful to get the response of our campaign that helps in boosting our business.
The features this product offers are somewhat limited, in terms of data manipulation and report variety.
The most amazing part of it is that it shows everything using infographics which is very easy to undertsand.
Not much, yet to find something apart from a few bugs (that I am sure will get fixed), that really annoys me.
Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.
Overall I really love this product and it has given us the ability to run reports and create insights into Data we had on-premise and in the cloud.
By far most favorite feature is the ability to integrate so many different data sources into this product.
It pulls in data from a lot of great sources like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. They also provide pre-made dashboards.
I think it's good value for money and with the scheduled imports it is quite low maintenance.
The fact it's easy to set up and organize, with powerful report / graph / dashboard creation features. Connect your sources, check, and start building reports.
Simplicity, ease of use, integration with Zoho Books.
You can make really powerful reports fast. It's a lot cheaper than competitors' software and integrates well with other zoho products.
Even writing queries - albeit through a bit of a clunky interface - was pretty easy. I enjoyed being able to set this up and get the users running quickly.
Overall experience is good. Cost is bit on higher side for businesses consuming less no.

The 2nd greatest thing about CrashPlan is they have amazing customer service. I hardly ever find myself waiting and their help is always fast, precise and effective.
Your computer may be under warranty but if the hard drive break, you will lose all your data. You may receive a virus, delete a file by mistake, or overwrite the wrong version of a document.
Easy to install and use in a hybrid setup, easy to deploy to users, unlimited storage (which is just awesome), customer support is good and they REALLY know their stuff.
I think I have been using it for 10 or 12 years, and I have never felt the need to look for another application. I am disappointed that they no longer offer an option for personal use.
The ease of use for deployment of the application to a laptop and or desktop is seamless. The dashboard is very easy to use and has useful information right on the main page.
The one time I needed the backup it said it hadn't run because I didn't run an update. I lost 4 months of financial data.
And, it's a product that is super easy to use. It runs quietly in the background so it's not obtrusive and it protects our data as promised.
It is hard to get a hold of any customer service representatives.
The product itself is great, and the price is extremely competitive for what is essentially unlimited storage. When it's working, it's very light on footprint.
This is an overall great data backup solution. I have used this for many many years for backing up my parents personal and small business computers.
Overall though, I love CrashPlan, and recommend it to many people.
It's easy to setup and once you do you can forget it. Also, support team is very responsive nad helpful (had few minor problems along the way and they were quickly resolved).
Full-Featured Backup Solution With Good AD Integration.
I've been using CrashPlan Pro, and now called Code42 for over 10 years and overall I really like how it works. I started with the On-Prem solution, and moved to the Code42 Cloud a few years ago.
This software offers a simple and effective data backup solution.
Flexibility, reliability, ease of use, configuration options. Unlimited storage, file modification history.
Enterprise class features like (Active) Directory integration and storing encryption keys on-site while using cloud backup.
If you are someone who has a lot of data then $10 per month is going to seem like a small price to pay to know that data is always safe.

I really love Caspio, The Customer Service is wonderful, it is an easy application to get up to speed on and provides so much benefit.
Worst experience ever in 20 years of IT procurement. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Caspio was great to use. It took us very little time to learn it and we were able to build a secure database that provides great information to our students.
When we need to do condition assessment of field asset and we have no network connectivity, we all end up frustrated with the platform regardless whether Caspio is to blame.
When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.
It is flexible enough to allow you to build literally any kind of application you want from simple to complex, which is powerful and liberating.
In this respect, Caspio has played out an important and critical role by offering a reasonably priced and powerful platform to them.
I am able to create standardized reports with appealing charts and graphs. I like the latest version of Caspio which incorporated responsive DataPages.
Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.
The best aspects of this app is the ability to quickly get an app on line or modifications to existing apps you have built.
Ease of use and functionality. Good customer service and support.
I love Caspio because it is so easy to use. I work frequently with much larger companies, and they gush when they see how much power we have to manage our data with the Caspio platform.
My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

The application is mature enough to capture the data and transfer suitably. Communicating with customers and clients over outstanding payment and transactions is done effortlessly.
Initial use there was an issue with QBO program connection. Unlinked some billable charges to invoices.
Fantastic, they are super responsive and they clearly are working towards building a better product for us and our clients.
Can be costly to push to all of your QB clients but not all need it.
As much as I love this tool. So glad to hear that our clients love this tool so much.
Adding new accounts, and vendors is possible, but the interface is a bit buggy. For instance, selecting the proper account class sometimes the drop down doesn't appear.
I've had an excellent experience with Uncat. It's great for clean-up and catch-up clients who have tons of transactions that need to be explained and categorized.
The dashboard could be condensed somewhat to show all columns without have to use the scroll bar. Aside from that, I don't see any improvements needed at this time.
It integrates very seamlessly with Quickbooks. I love the fact I can categorize right from the dashboard and it carries over into the accounting software.
The customer support is A-1. Best of all, they welcome suggestions for future improvements.
More often than not, we as accountants want software that will make our lives easier but also will be user friendly and improve the experience for our clients.
It was super easy to implement to my client and easy for them to update.
Having the ability to give the client a magic link (not another login they need to use!) is fantastic, and they view it as a mini "to-do" list.
Uncat masterfully combines excel functionality, pushing data back to QBO, and notes into one easy to use software. The magic links to login have made client adoption success fantastic.
Super easy to implement, clients love it, and the price is right.
In my budget, time save , easy to use and can make good impression on clients side too.
One of the main benefits of Uncat accounting software is its seamless integration with QuickBooks.
The ease of use and low cost made using Uncat an easy choice. The responsiveness from the support team is an added bonus.
The application is mature enough to capture the data and transfer suitably. Communicating with customers and clients over outstanding payment and transactions is done effortlessly.
Initial use there was an issue with QBO program connection. Unlinked some billable charges to invoices.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.
Very pleasant experience so far and love learning new ways to integrate our data and build dashboards.
I like that DOMO has the ability to take a report and easily change and adjust the report to what you specifically want to view.
Very good experience that brings a lot of value to the users. Users can be anyone from CEO and SLT teams to managers and production floor and Quality control.
Domo is very good tool for compiling and presenting data.
All of the information it gives me makes me able to focus on the things that are most important so I can bring in more revenue.
Domo is easy to use, and as a user experience the information provided is accurate; The interface is easy to understand since the first time and the data is uncomplicated to read.
I like all the Domo connectors, being able to pull in data from multiple disparate sources and combining them into one repository has made my job so much easier.
It's pretty intuitive, and there is plenty of resources available (Domo University + Customer Service) for the parts that aren't as intuitive.

It's easy to use, automatically backs up and gives you the most important data about it. I even like that they email you if your computer hasn't connected to their cloud in a while.
The benefit of knowing that my data is securely stored if my computer and my first line of backups fail. Lets face it, external hard drives can fail as easily as an internal hard drive.
Backblaze has been a lifesaver. I downloaded the software and it backs up my documents.
That's more limited by the bandwidth you pay for.
Backup solution is robust and simple. I really like that because a control panel and configure should be as simple as possible.
Backblaze set it and forget it until you need it.
I love not having to plug anything in, it just works. And knowing that I can easily get a hold of an ENTIRE backup of my computer quickly (not that I’ve needed to yet!) is a recipe for success.
The software looks a bit outdated, but does what is advertised. I do have concerns that if my computer is offline for 60 days plus, the files won't be retained.
Easy to use, it's a no-brainer to backup files from my computer and you get a realistic amount of space, even on the free accounts, which is so nice.
BackBlaze is easy to use and is integrated into JetBackup, which I love. Their pricing gives me the flexibility to store more backups than S3.
Very happy with this software, so far I have not had any issues and have not even had to contact the online chat.
Backblaze is the perfect service for those who don't want to worry about what they need to back up as long as it is in the cloud and for a fair price.
Gone are the days when we would plug in a harddrive for back up and were lucky to remember to do it once a month.
Setup only took a few minutes and I love how quietly it runs in the background. You can't beat the prices.
Incredibly fast backups and restorations. Integration with popular backup software.
Couldn't be any easier to use, customer service is great.
I also utilized customer service and they were so helpful.
I found Backblaze had by far the best pricing structure for data backup. I use their bucket system for my customers and haven't had any problems.

I never realized that something like this even existed, and I certainly wouldn't have expected it to be so reliable and smart. This has been a HUGE time-saver for us and is more than worth it.
I had to create multiple regex search and replace filters that should be possible in one. It could be a misunderstanding on my part.
Great for building your own logic and strategies from getting data from inconsistent layouts. It was a cost-effective solution that integrated with what we were doing from the get-go.
Could not figure out how to build a library of keywords so that this could be included in every form for automation mapping. The transition of document in the three steps was initially confusing.
Docparser is nice in that it can pull data from PDFs that a client might send and pull into other forms like an excel sheet. Generally it works pretty well and is convenient when you need it.
I don't see my use of Docparser stopping because it's a fundamental tool to the service that I'm providing.
Easy integration with Zapier and easy of use. Recently I also found out the pre-processing tool that can automatically adjust the document, so it is perfect for me.
I have only encountered a couple of issues that I didn't know how to solve, and their customer service team was prompt to explain what I was misunderstanding.
It was easy to use and absolute perfect for what I needed it for.
Impressive piece of software coupled with superb support.
We use Docparser to 'grab' order information from big purchase orders and make it easy to copy the data to our system. Setup, with a little help from the support team, was easy.
Also, it's important to highlight the extremely quick and problem-solving Customer Support team led by Chris.
Once you get started using it, it's easy to set up new documents. We scan a number of documents, and with the program we have the opportunity to scale processes that are otherwise manual.
Used API without any difficulties. Overall a great product.
Setting up the parsing was incredibly quick and intuitive. I used it as part of an integration that helps me process bank statements and reconciliation reports and automatically get the balances.
It's really user-friendly interface and the default rules and filters are very well designed. They allow you, basically, do whoever you want to extract data from your documents.
Docparser has some great integrations for connecting to a lot of useful services. At first is struggled with these but now, after some support inquiries, they work like a dream.
Software is easy to get started. Very intuitive and the costs are reasonable for the efficiency you can achieve.
