Pros

Streamlined my trademark practice and provided great insights on how to build a great product for my clients.
Alt Legal Customer Service is excellent and personable. I highly recommend Alt Legal to any trademark attorney.
The product is really easy to use and they have wonderful customer service. It handles all of my domestic and international docketing.

Pros

It has been a very useful software. M not sure that we'll always stick with this software, but it has been useful and is definitely worth the investment.
I like that it is highly customizable, and for the most part user friendly.
Its integration with Billing Matters is incredible and very useful in billing clients and tracking ARs.

Cons

Other software programs I've used had customer service that was slow to respond. This loss of time leads to a loss in productivity which translates into a loss of billable hours.
I was temporarily concerned because there was no TTAB docketing, and he has already fixed that. Now I have everything I need, for a price that even a startup firm can afford.
Until then we need to enter that information ourselves--it could be worse and they are constantly improving the platform.

Cons

Oh, and speaking of customer support, that would be calling someone in the Phillippines. Now they modem in, and aren't all bad, but they haven't fixed our persistent problem.
Most of the web based complaints over the year have been about the e-mail client which comes with the program and Outlook integration. We do not use for e-mail, so we have not had these problems.
These crashes are very disruptive because you have to restart everything and figure out where you were. Sometimes the restarting takes 15 minutes and multiple tries.
