Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

Technical Support is usually difficult to connect with (1-2 hour wait for a call back). Would like to say they are excellent, but reliable is the best I can say.
What we have enjoyed the most with APC is their customer service. The technicians that we have dealt with have been dedicated to finding a solution.
I love love love the NOTES section. When I do anything at all I put them into notes.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

The experience was catastrophic. The on boarding team at Abacus Private Cloud was never able to transition our data from Amicus to AbacusLaw and we were within 10 days of missing a billing cycle.
Clients threatened to leave me due to Abacus's horrendous service. SENIOR MANAGEMENT DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN, WOULD NOT RETURN MY REQUESTS TO TALK.
Horrible, cumbersome integration with Microsoft 365 (which was forced upon us - we didn't know that when we contracted).
