Pros

We are satisfied with the product. I believe the product actually offers more than what we use it for, I would appreciate a better understanding of how to use the product.
I love now love the amicus anywhere product so I can bill and make notes from anywhere. I also like the work flow and document customization.
Some frustrations here and there, but benefits greatly outweighed the issues. The best thing is that I can sleep at night without waking up wondering about this or that case.

Pros

This software is easy to use, with great feautures and excellent support (including implementation of feature requests).
My overall experience with CaseFleet has been quite positive - it helps me be a better litigator.
I like the negotiation and timekeeping features. Invoicing is easy, and Box/Dropbox integration is great as well.

Cons

But the service from the support team is disorganized, the techs are not sufficiently skilled and I continue to have problems with email and billing following an upgrade/install in December 2016.
Amiucs sold us their accounting software package representing that it would work. It does not work because of the constant disruption of the link with QuickBooks.
Our worst problems with Amicus have always been caused by integration with third-party programs such as PCLaw and especially Outlook/Exchange.

Cons

While testing out this product, I made an error and lost some important data.
Tagging is easy, but after that it is very frustrating. When I review facts based on the issue tags it seems there is no way to access the facts via the reviewer.
There are no blanket responses like: Consult our website for possible FAQs to perform your own trouble shooting.
